Adam was extremely helpful in our recent purchase of a used car. Adam drove the car to our mechanic to have it checked out. He worked with us well on the price of the car and was very pleasant during the entire process. We would definitely recommend this dealership. The bird in the lobby was a lot of fun, too!!!

Dustin was great.He was efficient. My service was completed in a timely manner. I think the price was somewhat higher than I am accustomed to at other dealerships I have had service completed.

Overall experience was good. The car was not 100% clean...

Overall experience was good. The car was not 100% clean - even though it is a used vehicle, buyer still expects it to be clean (back middle console had chewed gum in it). A few other minor things were said during sales visit and during follow-up call - wrong name, wrong vehichle (I purchased an explorer not an edge). I ordered CilaJet and was to call back to make appt. John wasn't in when I called so I emailed him. The next day I called him and left voice mail. I heard back the next day after I left the voice mail message. I like to hear back within 24 hours or if he is out of the office, an email indicator stating he is out or voice message indicating he is out. If the above wouldn't have happened it would have been Great instead of Good. I would still recommend Pearson to family and friends for purchases.

I was very pleased with treatment from Donnie and Michael in purchasing and closing the car. It was a very easy transaction getting what I wanted for a good price.

Will was very thorough and Joel Steele dug up the record for my wife's oil change of last week made sure I received credit for today's oil change and last week's too. He registered me in the advantage program. Both Joel and Will did a great job this afternoon working on my 2007 Toyota Avalon. Thanks, Kurt Paige

Researching used SUV

I went to a dealer on the west side before coming to see...

I went to a dealer on the west side before coming to see Mark and the sales difference was night and day. I was never pushed around to get into something I would not have wanted as the other dealer had done. I almost made a purchase before coming to Pearson and thank God that I made this decision. Mark and Clay were super helpful and professional and I will recommend anyone I know to go to Pearson to get a vehicle from Mark. Thanks for the great service.

These guys were thorough yet fast. Great communication and I felt like they knew what they were talking about. I love the fact that they partner with USAA Bank, too.
