Hovig Baghdassarian

Hovig is a conniving dishonest salesperson. Had it not for my past experience (30 years ago) in car business as a salesperson and then as a manager, I would have been paying $25 more monthly in interest. The story is that after I was approved on a certain rate, Hovig called me the second day and said the car is ready for me to pick it up. I took a taxi from Rancho Cucamonga to go pick up my car only to be quoted a different monthly payment with the same cap cost and residual. When I question the discrepancy, Hovig's answer was that "this is the payment", " everything is calculated automatically by computer". When I asked Hovig to show me money factor that was used, he became evasive without answering directly my question but instead he said "your credit is less than 700". The problem that I have with Hovig is that he quoted me the lower money factor after he had ran my credit the day before, he knew exactly what my credit score was and, should there be any changes to the rate that he quoted the day before, he should have told me that before telling me to come pick up my car.

Great Customer Service

Issac was great in providing us service, and a fair deal. Although, there were some minor issues with the vehicle, Issac made sure they were taken care of, even on his off day.

Best auto buying experience

I came to finalize a purchase today and had my elderly parents with me. Antonio was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient and professional and made everything go so smooth to accommodate us. If I knew someone who needed a car, I would send them to Antonio without a doubt. He really goes the extra mile. He even peeled my “Harvard mom” stickers( that I wasn’t able to) off my old vehicle and transferred them onto the new car I purchased. He is an asset to your company.

Excellent and Amazing.

Ruben Cardenas was such an excellent help in deciding which vehicle and make the process easy and smooth. I highly recommend him to anyone that is trying to buy a used vehicle.

Amazing service

I had a fantastic experience with Isaac Baños at Longo Toyota. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond in helping me. I ended up purchasing a used Toyota Prius and am very happy with the car. I can't recommend Isaac enough.

Attentive, easy and transparent

This is a big decision for me, but I felt that Fred did a great job of putting me at ease, while addressing all of my concerns. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable; confident but not pushy; the financing process was more favorable than I expected; and the entire process in general was very transparent and pleasant. This is a huge investment in my future, and I feel like I made the right choice.

The smoothest experience at a dealership

When I met Ricky he was super professional. He shook my hand, offered me some water and guided me to a desk. We chatted for a bit and then started talking about cars. I told him what I was looking for and how much I was comfortable spending. He worked with my price range and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. We went out to look at the cars right after. He was very upfront, honest and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I have purchased cars in the past at different dealerships and have never felt positive leaving thinking I may have just gotten swindled. However, when Ricky sold me the car I drove away happy as a clam knowing I got a heck of a car and a heck of a deal. I will definitely be back!

Great Experience

I had heard that this dealership had a variety of used and new cars and when I went, I got a great experience out of it. The location was very big and the sales rep was a great guy that helped get me into the car I wanted. I would 100% recommend Longo Toyota to anyone.
