Best Customer Service

I am not very lucky when it comes to my Lexus keys or navigation system. Koons Lexus has graciously helped me out ech time that I was in a bind. The first time my key fab snapped in half and was basically not usable. I lost the spare a year back. The service dept replace my fab in record time. While I was there I told them how my son stuck a movie in the navigation dvd player and now my navigation is not working. They took a look and replaced the scratched navigation dvd free of charge. They also cleaned my car and it was spotless. This was was above and beyond in my book, since dealerships usually want to charge you for everything. A year later I lost my only key and it was a real nightmare! I was hystrical being I only have 1 car and the cost of replacing the key was terrifying. You can not just order a new key, its an involved process and costly. Alex the GM had my suv towed over to the dealership within an hour of calling the dealership. He had a new key, found a cost effective way of reprogramming my car instead of replacing the computer and again spotlessly cleaned it by the end of the day. I truly believe any other dealer would have made me pay to replace the computer. I am forever thankful to the service department and to Alex for his quick actions and honesty in their work.

Excellent experience. This is our 4th Lexus!

Highly recommend Doug

I had a great experience buying my Rx350. Doug Horst was a fabulous salesman. He was very professional and knowledgable about the car. He was very friendly and was not pushy at all. The renovated building is beautiful. I highly recommend Doug and this dealership if you are looking for a Lexus. I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire purchasing process.

Great Experience Buying A Car

Lexus of Wilmington is a classy car dealership. Their website is up to date and user friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and honest when I called about the Lexus RX 330 I was interested in. When I went to test drive the Lexus, Bob Barrett was my salesperson. He was very professional, patient, and hospitable when we arrived. After test driving the car, he listened to any concerns I had and was able to solve them. When I made the decision to purchase the car, the process was efficient and quick. Bob was very up front with us as he walked us through the whole transaction. We were glad to have worked with him. I would also like to acknowledge other employees from the dealership that helped get the deal done: Kevin Glenn, Chuck Rayson, and Drew Greene. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Lexus of Wilmington! If you want to deal with an honest, professional, and knowledgeable dealership, you should look no further than Lexus of Wilmington!

One of the best sale service in a long time for us!!

Professional, patient, knowledgeable , and detailed in a no hassle environment . This makes for a very relaxed atmosphere for my spouse and myself. We knew what we wanted as soon as we walked in, there she was waitng on us sitting in the show room our soon to be new (baby)Lexus . We were provided with beverages an introduced to Dan Hayes. He listened, related an suggested when needed. He treated us with utmost respect an professionalism , he's a man of few words it seem an very rearly deviates from the book. He went above an beyond his call of duty even where there were glitches. Oh yes! he do possesses a sence of humor. We appreciate his services from start to our final drive out of the dealership. Thanks so very much Dan may you always continue to be the best. Lastly our teacher Kelly she is so wonderful at what she does , patient , funny and very aware of the it and now . Thanks so much for your tips and training it was a great experience. Kelly if we do encounter any problems we promised not to call after 2am:). Outstanding experience!

Buying an ES 350 from Jim was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I went to look at some new models, told him my concerns and what I wanted in a car, and he listened and helped me find a car that I absolutely love. The process was a breeze. He answered all my questions, gave me a good deal, and made me excited about my new car. The rest of the staff at Koons was also amazing. Everyone here is friendly, smart, and professional. Great job!!!

Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind!

I just purchased a certified used 2012 Kia Optima LX from Lexus of Wilmington and I could not be more happy with the service I received. Bob Barrett was my salesperson and he was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing and about the process of purchasing a car. I also worked with Chuck Rayson and he too was very helpful on getting me a good deal on my trade in and working the numbers so that both parties were satisfied. I highly recommend Koons Lexus of Wilmington!

Used car purchase

Just purchased a used Lexus from Koon's. Dan Hayes is a straight-forward,[ not your typical used car bulls----er], professional, pleasant sales person. He makes buying a car from Koon's easy.. Kelly was also professional, and meticulous when explaining all features of the car. Oh ! did I mention, also charming and attractive. Review update after first service/work.

Koons of Wilmington,Contacted me about a free oil change so we made a appt for July 28 2014 short time later the young lady call me back stated that since you have Buick it would be 89.00 lol Koons please get it together just commented earlier this month also she told me what make of the car and year i own 49.95 oil for a Buick union park or nucar.

Purchased Certified 2013 RX 350

We went to Lexus of Wilmington this month to purchase a Certified RX 350. Kevin Glenn was our salesperson and he was great. He was knowledgeable concerning the vehicle, patient and offered an Excellent sales price! The buying experience was pleasant. Ask for Kevin Glenn whenever you go to the dealership.
