Great experience with Koons Lexus of Wilmington
I would like to share my very recent (December 12, 2014) experience buying new care (Lexus IS350) from Lexus of Wilmington. From the first time since I contacted them thru their website and all the way thru delivery process I would say it was easy and plesant experience for me. Their internet manager Chris Pyle gave me great price and stood behind his numbers to the penny. Car delivery and paper work has been handled by Doug Horst. Dealing with Doug has been best car buying experience to me ever. He was professional, polite, very pro-active, and treated me like a royalty. All people I met in Koon’s Lexus has been very nice, professional and attentive to my needs. I really felt great during my time buying new car at Lexus of Wilmington. Great experience
My experience at Koons Lexus was fantastic. Our salesman, Douglas Horst, was knowledgeable and patient. We spoke several times over the phone and he was so helpful. While at the dealership everyone was friendly. Douglas was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend him and Koons Lexus to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Lexus

A dream come true our 2014 Lexus GS 350 AWD
My husband Jerry and I had a most memorable test drive in a IS 350 and an GS 350 and fell in love and Doug located exactly the color and interior with all we could possibly want in our dream car. Ray was unbelievably helpful in negotiating a price we could work Ito our budget. Drew was very thourough. In explaining warrantee and extras of our choice if we so chose. Kelly was unbelievably professional,patient ,so genuine a beautiful lady inside and out Thankyou for taking the time to not only show us how the electronics in the cat works but it's obvious you love what you do, thanks to you all we found our dream car we'll cherish that moment forever,

Fantastic Buying Process & Great Dealershp Overall
After doing an internet search for the best deal (value) and shopping locally, I settled on Koons and it was a great decision. Most of the transaction was made over the phone, Salesman Rob Nestor came in on his day off to meet me and within in 2 hours I traded my vehicle, received tech training, closed with finance and left with a new RX 350. Everyone was courteous and pleasant and the follow up to ensure that everything is ok has been amazing. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this dealership and will not hesitate to refer friends and family.

I stopped at Koons to test drive the RX which I had been comparing with the Grand Cherokee. I ended up getting the RX that same day! Tony Esposito was great! would recommend Koons to anyone!

Best Customer Service
I am not very lucky when it comes to my Lexus keys or navigation system. Koons Lexus has graciously helped me out ech time that I was in a bind. The first time my key fab snapped in half and was basically not usable. I lost the spare a year back. The service dept replace my fab in record time. While I was there I told them how my son stuck a movie in the navigation dvd player and now my navigation is not working. They took a look and replaced the scratched navigation dvd free of charge. They also cleaned my car and it was spotless. This was was above and beyond in my book, since dealerships usually want to charge you for everything. A year later I lost my only key and it was a real nightmare! I was hystrical being I only have 1 car and the cost of replacing the key was terrifying. You can not just order a new key, its an involved process and costly. Alex the GM had my suv towed over to the dealership within an hour of calling the dealership. He had a new key, found a cost effective way of reprogramming my car instead of replacing the computer and again spotlessly cleaned it by the end of the day. I truly believe any other dealer would have made me pay to replace the computer. I am forever thankful to the service department and to Alex for his quick actions and honesty in their work.
