Paramount Motors Lives Up to Their Name

Paramount Motors and the sales professionals, David Hoover and Teudi Flores, were very professional and easy to work with. They made the car buying experience a pleasure. Their honesty and integrity were evident throughout our experience and we would definitely buy from them again.

New car purchase

I purchased a new Kia Soul from David Hoover at Paramount Kia in Hickory NC. I did not initially intend to buy a new car but my experience was especially satisfying. David and the rest of the crew went out of their way to meet my needs and expectations. I could not be more pleased with my visit and purchase.

Community

I have seen their partnership with the Hickory Community Theater (which I also support) and went to Paramount when I needed to purchase a new vehicle. I received friendly service from the sales team and am happy with my new Kia Soul.

Very pleased!

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience in buying a car from Paramount Kia. The sales staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Especially our sales person, David Hoover, who was very patient in dealing with all my questions. So far, we love our Sorento!

Nice people. Nice products. Nice precision!

My experience in dealing with larger dealerships has never really been that great. That is, until my wife and I visited Paramount Kia in Hickory. I emailed and inquired about a certain vehicle and set up an appointment for the next day. We showed up, test drove it, and then within 2 hours later, had finalized the deal. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Great Experience

I recently purchased a Kia Forte through Paramount Kia Hickory. Salesman, Tim Whitner provided courteous and professional service during the procedure, and prompt follow-up after the sale. I recommend Paramount for anyone's automotive needs. I also thank owner Benny Yount and Paramount for supporting the arts of Catawba County, especially Hickory Community Theatre.

Absolutely Satisfied

Watching television, the Paramount Kia commercial came on. This caught my attention. Recently being left carless, I was on the search for another vehicle. Frankly, I did not believe that I could get a car due to my questionable credit score. So I decided to give it a shot. This is when I met Dustin Estes and he was absolutely AWESOME!!!! I now own a Kia Soul and have very affordable payments. They made sure that I was leaving with my car and worked with creditors. I am so happy. I would recommend Paramount Kia to everyone.

I worked with Mr. Tim Whitener who was firm and fair and he pays close attention to detail. He is professional in every respect and an asset to the dealership as well as the Kia organization. Satisfied customer

I was inquiring about another vehicle, however that did not work out. My salesman Dustin Estes continued searching different options and vehicles until he found the vehicle that I wanted. Dustin was professional, determined, and did his job as a salesman to get the vehicle sold. I am pleased with the vehicle and the customer service I received.

These guys know their stuff! I was in between an optima or Sportage. They were very patient and helpful with my decision. Very friendly! They made all my wants in a vehicle happen.
