Best car buying experience in 50 years. The car was accurately described with clear pictures. I received an email from Tim Smith (I told them not to call me) made an appointment for early Saturday and he had it ready when I arrived. The car had been detailed to look like, smell and perform like it had just rolled off the factory floor. The car is flawless and drove better than my last Ford Taurus. The business office portion (the part I ususlly dread) was no pressure, friendly and the paperwork produced without delay or up-sale pressure. Available options were clearly explained and I made my decisions. They were able to finance with my prior credit union for a great rate and I couldn't be more pleased. Congratulations for resoring my faith in the process.

Dave handled my situation perfectly. He knew likely the problem as I described it, set expectations accordingly about price and timeline. He even found me a loaner to drive for an extended period that saved me a big rental car bill and also enabled me to keep our routine with multiple car seats going. Excellent service and I’ll never go anywhere else for my truck.
