Dave handled my situation perfectly.

Dave handled my situation perfectly. He knew likely the problem as I described it, set expectations accordingly about price and timeline. He even found me a loaner to drive for an extended period that saved me a big rental car bill and also enabled me to keep our routine with multiple car seats going. Excellent service and I’ll never go anywhere else for my truck.

Was able to get an oil change/tire rotation in under 2 hours before heading out of town. Appreciate being fit into the schedule without an appointment.

Great first time experience with this dealers service

Great first time experience with this dealers service department. All went well and all of the service advisers were great. Chad kept me informed the whole time and the vehicle was ready to go when I arrived. I will definitely come back again.

Good place Need to improve on the service guy picking up the phone He is somewhat rude and doesn’t like repeating details to customers….he gets irritated when asked questions which is his job to answer!what a sucker he is! Why would you be the person picking up the phone if you think people are disturbing you with questions?????

Several issues, dissapointing

Unfortunately at this time we cannot recommend this dealership. Eric helped as much as he could during this process, however there were many hiccups during the first month and now additional issues. We purchased a 2013 Honda Accord which we were told had a new timing belt, but when we took it to a Honda Dealership to get an oil change and diagnose issues, we learned that it had not been replaced as told. So after just 2 months of owning the car we paid out of pocket to get it replaced. I realize we didn't get extended warranty on the vehicle, however we feel we were not provided accurate info at purchase. Other issues are related to the original work from the dealership where we purchased it. The vehicle had an oil leak that was worked on, however it is still leaking; the starter was worked on but continues to have issues and the car doesn't always start - the whole unit needs to be replaced and not just a small part. This has costs us money and time, very disappointed. This is our experience when purchasing a used car.

Eric made this process easy!

Eric made this process easy! We grew out of our car with two kids and we’re excited about our new Explorer! Thank you, Eric! The whole dealership staff wasn’t your typical salesman! They didn’t push at all!
