When I got to the dealership I was told it would be a 2 1/2 three hour wait when in fact, it was only about an hour and 15 minutes.

Courteous. I didn’t feel pressured into buying a car I didn’t like. Eric listened to me and we sealed the deal and I didn’t have to spend my whole day at the dealership. I have purchased a vehicle from them before and had the same great service.
