I felt very welcomed from the minute I walked through the door. All of the people I dealt with were personable and friendly. My salesperson, John Brown, worked with me to get a deal I was comfortable with to get me in the car I wanted. Great Service!

Received great service and help from Kelly and his associates. I entered the dealership to only browse the new Ford offerings since my last Mustang purchase in 1979. What a tremendous difference and Kelly was quick in presenting several used and new cars to test drive. Eventually Kelly found the perfect car for me, a 2012 Focus hatchback with all desired features. I happily left with the candy red Focus, a lower monthly payment and some exciting service and technology upgrades. I'm looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship with my new Ford and the excellent staff at Bob Allen.

Our 2010 Escape was nearing its third year in our garage....
Our 2010 Escape was nearing its third year in our garage. I had received an email from Ron Hamilton of Bob Allen Ford to come in and get an appraisal and see if it would translate into getting into a newer Ford...little did I know. I went into the dealership and asked for Ron. He came out to meet me by the front desk and after some general information exchange, he introduced me to Salesman Kelly Gray. Kelly got a feel for what I was looking for (I was looking to upgrade to possibly an Edge and I thought the Explorer was out of reach but they had a 2011 model that was pre-owned). Kelly brought it out and I took it for a spin. Kelly was very likeable and personable and not a hard sell at all. Needless to say, several hours later, I drove off of the lot with a newer and nicer vehicle. I have dealt with Bob Allen before, in 2009, and both experiences were, by far the best I have ever experienced in transacting on a newer vehicle. I highly recommend this Overland Park KS Ford dealership!

Laura Beckly and Clint Welker are amazing to work with....
Laura Beckly and Clint Welker are amazing to work with. Both are VERY patient and worked non stop to get me where I needed to be and the car that I wanted to be in. Laura had communication with me from day one on the finance side. She is awesome. Clint stayed in contact and answered any questions that I had through the process. He even came in on his day off so I could sign the papers for my purchase and to make sure everything was good to go for me. :) I will definately come baack to them in the future and for sure recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used vehicle.

I did not feel pressured. Everyone was courteous ,friendly and wanted to be sure I was taken care of. I lucked out with my salesman Chris scudiero, he was great.He tried to get everything I was asking for.I would definitley buy from Bob Allen Ford again.
