I will very rarely give anybody or anything an excellent rating. To me that means there is no room for improvement. Hence my rating of 4 out of five. If I could have given you a 4.5 I would have. Kelly did a great job of showing me the sort of used truck I was looking for. Of course it is easier when the vehicle you want happens to be on the lot. Right? Now we just have to find the right travel trailer to hook up to this bad 5.7L Hemi Dodge Ram 4X4.

My overall experience was very good. Everyone involved with the entire process from the shuttle drivers to signing of the papers was courteous patient and knowledgeable . Chris Scudiero was the main man from the get go. Chris was open,friendly,sharp and easy to work with. I will in the future seek Chris out for my next car purchase. Thanks Chris

I purchased my new Ford Edge last month(March)and from the moment my Husband dealt with Laura, our initial sales manager, to the time I picked up my car from getting leather installed from Matt, we were THRILLED with the service we received! We were made to feel like family from the start and each time we had interactions with the sales team, we were given reassurance and the confidence that we were making the right decision. They exemplify excellence, they are professional and at the same time, LOADS OF FUN!! I was given a clear understanding of the functionality of my Edge and even classes held at the dealership, that I could take to learn the "Sync" system better. What blew me away, was about a week after my purchase, we received a gift from them, thanking us for their business - and it was cookies!! Cookies in the mail...who does that and how did they know that chocolate chip was my fav?! Another opportunity came when I was given a loaner car through their on-site rental company - Enterprise. I was less than thrilled to be given a dirty car with a minimal amount of gas, so I expressed my concern with my Sales Team and not only did they apologize and express sincere understanding...they came down to my job and switched out the rental with a Ford Edge...once again, I was blown away...I even tried to talk them out of it, since I was getting my car back in one day, but they insisted. Each and every time I step into my car...I think about my "experience" and it makes me more proud of my purchase - everyone should feel this way after buying a car! I love me some them.

I needed a new car now, and they had me driving away with one within a few hours. I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get into one.

We arrived at this dealership at 11:30 am and drove off the lot at 2:45 in a brand new 2012 Fusion! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this dealer!!

The experience at Bob Allen Ford was excellent. The customer service and follow through went far above our expectations. We were also very pleased with the service (body shop and detail work) that was perfomed on our vehicle in preparation for delivery.

Buying just the right vehicle is paramount, expecially for a retired, fixed-income couple. We did our research and explained what we thought we wanted to the sales person. They suggested adjustments to our thinking that worked to our benefit, not theirs. They did not have that exact car on hand but they searched, found one within 150 miles of us and had it ready the next day.

Great service, well informed on their vehicles and their features. Ordered my new vehicle through them and they allowed me to drive a brand new explorer while awaiting its arrival. They actually sold the car I was driving and drove all the way to my house 30 min away to trade out my vehicle. After my car arrived they detailed it and re-explained all the features. Also, enjoy tires for life for completing my maintence at their service department. Finally, they sent us some great cookies!!!

I walked into the dealership hopeful, but knowing that it was going to be difficult for me to be able to find a car that would work with my needs and within my budget. Chris and Brad were very patient and very helpful, utilizing all of their resources to help me and to make sure that I was able to get what I needed. I am thankful for what they did for me, not only with making sure that I was able to get a great car, and that it worked within my needs and budget, but that the experience was plesant and enjoyable. This is the best interaction I have ever had with a car dealership. I will make sure to shop here again when I need to get another vehicle. Not only will I be telling others about this dealership and Chris and Brad, but I already have been.
