Bob Allen Ford

The recent purchase of my new 2015 F150 was a very good experience. Tim Smith was very helpful throughout the process from when I ordered the truck to be built through when I took delivery last week. His communication with me and keeping me informed was very good. I am very pleased with the truck. It appears to exceed all of my expectations. My only criticism is that the interior of the truck was not cleaned very well before it was delivered. When I picked it up, there was still protective plastic coating on the brushed chrome on a couple of the front a/c vents and the interior glass was very dirty. Not enough to change the overall satisfaction my experience but yet it is something I thought I should mention. I'm very happy with my new truck and I am sure my family and I will be buying from Bob Allen again.

We purchased a brand new explorer. As we walked in we were greeted by the owner, Brad who made sure we had a good experience. He worked hard to find exactly what I wanted and Jerry the salesman was excellent as well. We left very satisfied with our overall experience from the minute we walked in the door till we left. The finance department was very efficient and did a fantastic job as well. Will definately recommend this dealership to friends and family.

We had just come from another dealership in Olathe where our salesman was very nice and helpful. We test drove a Traverse and when we got back we were in formed we "had" to see the sales manager. That's when the high pressure sales pitch and gimmicks kicked in. A big turn off. Ray and the rest of the staff at Bob Allen Ford were very helpful, informative and didn't pressure us. No stress at all! It was an easy decision to buy our Chevy Traverse from Bob Allen Ford. We got a good deal on our trade in and got a much better interest rate than anticipated.
