Subpar dealer.

Subpar dealer. They email you coupons to a discount on a vehicle then they do not honor the coupon. They like to give you a run around. Very disappointed!

Poor customer service

This is why I’m giving a bad review, scheduled an oil change a week in advance, I had a lot in my plate but still made it to the appointment, no one around when I pulled in, I left key in seat and went hit a coffee, while I waited for someone to come find me, no one came, Theo parked my truck out back, and left it, not even, what are we doing with this vehicle, it sat there over an hour, I had to ask, what are you doing with my truck, they said it has not been check in, but they moved it out back out of thier way without a concern, when I spoke to them they were like, you do not need an oil change , did not say, sir you have full synthetic oil, but if you want we will change it, no, it was YOU DO NOT NEED an oil change, well obviously they don’t need anyone’s business, I got in my truck and left, poor poor folks at this dealership, I have two Toyotas, I will move on, do not recommend dealing with people who have no concern about the vehicles that folks bring in, just push them Aside like garbage. I even made the effort to talk to the dealerships manager, wow

Most welcoming atmosphere!

A huge thank you to Gonzalo Fernandez!! Not having the easiest work schedule can definitely make buying a new truck stressful but because of Mr. Fernandez it was easy. The friendly personality made any questions easy to ask. I was updated regarding my truck being shipped with no questions asked. I will continue to shop here and refer any others that are looking.

Crooked dealer.

Crooked dealer. They show the price of a minivan online at 46k to bait buyers in. Then just wait!!! When you get there they add 15k in market value adjustment. Dishonest, price gouging dealer right here. If you are into that please go here. To make things even better they had this exact van at the car show and there was no markup being displayed / advertised there. 1

Just wanted to share how pleased I am with both of the

Just wanted to share how pleased I am with both of the the service appointments that I experienced recently on my 2009 Toyota Corolla. Ron Wiggans was my service advisor for my first visit for regular maintenance and was great to work with. During my second visit Alfredo Bisig kept me informed on the timeframe of the timing gear replacement. I had wifi available and comfortable chairs with workspace to utilize while I waited. Everyone in the service department was great to work with and my car was repaired in a timely manner and at a much better price than quoted by other places.

The best dealership with the best salesman in town. I bought a brand new Corolla and with todays technology I was a little nervous. Gary Pleskac was my salesman and made the whole process so easy. He never hesitated to answer any of my questions, was always very professional. Explained everything to my satisfaction. The financial department was a easy process as well. I would highly recommend Adams Toyota and ask for Gary Pleskac. Thank you Gary for all you did for me. Keep up the great work!!!
