Adams Toyota

I called ahead and had to leave a message- no return call. I arrived and was able to get right in as only my car was in line and two people in lobby area took over two hours to get new tires - very frustrating - during this time others arrived and even left ahead of me - multiple times I heard service agents coming in or discussing on the phone additional items that were needed for their repairs. And yes mine did too. Disappointed in how service tech handled people and the amount of time it took to get four new tires.

I don't take my car any place else. Prices seem fair. Love the service guys. I have been purchasing and servicing my cars at Adams Toyota since 1996.

They beat the Costco pricing by a lot and provided a great buying experience! Even provided the sales managers car as a demo do that it would have all of the features we wanted. I setup an appointment and they greeted us at the door by name. A much different experience than I had at one of the other dealerships!

I find Adam's Toyota service department to be fast, friendly and most knowledgeable staff.Jared Gustin interacts quite well with all his clients not just me.

I've owned two Camrys and they have taken care of both of them. They go beyond what is asked. There is a reason I've owned nothing but Toyotas for the last ten years.

Brought my RAV4 in for a recall ,and was extremely happy with the service! The recall was completed in a timely fashion, and the loaner I was given was more than adequate!

I had a great experience from start to finish in the process of trading my vehicle in for a Toyota. Alberto did a great job of listening to what I was interested in getting accomplished and he did a great job of showing me what my options were that fit my needs. Didn't feel pressured at any point during the process and I would recommend Adams Toyota!

The staff are always so courteous and helpful making you feel like family...we even take our Honda to get serviced there, though the Honda dealership is next door!
