Worst Service Appt. In My Life
I came in to get four new tires and since I was in for that added the 30,000 mile service 1,500 miles early. Made the appt. 2 wks. in advance giving them tire preference and info. Called two days prior to appt. to verify tires were in shop, they said they were. Checked in that morning 8:30 a.m. and was assured the tires were in shop. At 10:30 a.m. tech came to tell me 30,000 service was done, but tires weren't delivered yet and could I wait. I was furious and explained I'd called two days prior and was told tires were in, that I was also told that morning tires were in. I said if I'd known tires weren't in I wouldn't have had the 30,000 service 1,500 miles early. Tech apologized, I said basically two different people lied to me and took advantage making me wait 2 hrs. knowing the tires weren't in the shop. Tech said tires would arrive any minute. At 11:30 a.m. tech came and said, oh the tires still aren't here and even if them came now we couldn't have you out of here by your noon deadline. I had them remount the existing tires and told them I would never use their dealership again. Total of three people lied and they took advantage doing the 30,000 service when they knew my priority was the tires. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and will never go there again.

I had new brakes put on my car and although it put a huge dent in my bank account the staff was great. Tyler was respectful and courteous and never pressured me into making the purchase. Keep up the great work Tyler!

Very disappointed with this dealership
My trade in value was agreed t and the price of the new car was agreed to so I have no complaints, its the old 80's push a piece of paper back and forth as they go for approval (or not) on the deals. I've been here before. I put down a deposit and said I wanted the aftermarket starter installed before I Picked it up. The issue came when I had to wait for the vehicle I wanted to come in. I was told Monday or Tuesday. No problem. No word so I called on Tuesday. Wednesday or Thursday. OK. Thursday vehicle is in and I clean out my trade in and head down to pick up the vehicle. The car came in from another city and had 450 miles on it. The remote start wasn't installed and when I wasn't happy they wanted me to tell them what would make me happy. My "NEW" car buying experience had just been shot to xxxx and I didn't have a good feeling about it anymore so I had them credit me back and I left. I will buy my new vehicle somewhere else. It also smelled as though someone had smoked in the new vehicle. Never again will I darken this dealers door.

Amazing Sales Team
I just got home with my 2014 corolla S premium pkg. Alberto Perez and Jess were great!!! I am so happy this is the 5th vehicle my family has bought from Adams and we are thrilled!!! I was not pressured, Alberto let me take my time with my choice!

Jerks.
I bought my Toyota Yaris from them back in 2006. They wouldn't even begin to negotiate a price with us, granted it was a new model, but even $500 flexibility is doable! We were even paying cash! Then they overcharged me to sign the papers (I ended up getting a refund through a lawsuit initiated by another party, YEARS later). I've gotten several oil changed from them over the years too, and any time that I try to ask them about an issue I am having, they say "we don't have enough time for that" RUDE. The only reason I've gone there lately is to use the refund card I received. I don't even want to spend that money there. I've had SOME decent interactions with oil changed, but not enough to make me want to give them business ever again. I shouldn't even had made my initial purchase, either. As soon as I bought the car and they took me to get gas, the salesman was complaining about how I shifted gears. Ridiculous :/

Who enjoys going to buy cars from a dealership? The hassle, the badgering, all around typical "sales" guy? Not here! I absolutely loved this place. I drove almost 5 hours with a 6 month old to go and get a vehicle from this dealership because they had what I was looking for. Knowing the drive I had ahead of myself I was not to excited because "I knew" I would be there for hours, haggling and being badgered to add this or that, buy this car not that or worse case scenario have to turn around empty handed because what the dealership promised me was not true. This was the most hassle free environment I have ever been in. Everyone was extremely friendly and personable, no one seemed fake. People were very honest and were concerned about your needs and helping you get what you needed. I was in and out of there in about 2 hours. Granted I had been pre approved through my bank and I had already worked the deal over the phone and email but I did not have to fight to keep what was already discussed with prices, the vehicle was as they promised, and they did not try and sale me more than what I wanted. I would make that drive again any day to purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend this place!
