My expectations of routine service has changed in a good way

I have been a customer since 2012. They have changed my view of what to expect from a service appointment and provider. I used to just think of the quality of the repair that is being performed and the price. But, I now like a clean comfortable atmosphere, with TV's and wifi, where you can get work completed while you wait. I also prefer a place that provides Shuttle Service, or a new loaner car if the work is expected to take longer. However, here is the kicker. How about having breakfast or lunch while you wait as well, without leaving the premises?

Best Experience with Buying a Car

This was the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle in the last 40 years. Everyone was professional, effecient and caring, from the salesperson, Chris to the finance department and the technology trainer. I left feeling like I truly have a company that will take care of my needs over the life of the car. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience.

Almost perfect

Came in for a recall service and was told it would take 45-60 minutes. Took 90. But the lounge was great and I made it work. Delay was due to carwash back up and I would have like the option to drop the wash and leave earlier. Dusty was terrific to work with, as always, though.

Air conditioning not working and they refused to fix it

We bought a 2009 Acura MDX from Norm Dean on 3/4/19. It was cold when we purchased the car and didn't test the A/C before driving off the lot (my mistake). When it became clear that the A/C wasnt operational just 14 days after delivery, the dealership refused to make it right, even though this should have been addressed in their multi-point inspection prior to placing the car on the lot. Not pleased and will not use this dealership for service or sales ever again.

Great service with even better customer service

Compared to Hendrick Acura there is no comparison. Jay Wolfe is by far the best and I don’t know why I hadn’t gone to them sooner. A+

Routine maintenance and new tires

I bought my Acura from Jay Wolfe Acura in 2005 and I have had all the service and maintenance there. They have always done a great job with the service and repair. After over 190,000 miles, my Acura TL is still going strong. They have accommodated my schedule and have provided me with a loaner when requested. All of the service reps that I have worked with have been great but I've worked with both Dillon and Dusty multiple times and it's always comforting to work with someone familiar, helpful and kind.

Timely and well done.

My car was ready just as Dillon said in an hour and 15 minutes all clean and scheduled service done. The people at the food bar were very friendly and did a good job.

Positive experience

The service department people have always been very professional, helpful, and friendly. Those are prized characteristics I love seeing when dealing with anyone in a service industry. Keep up the good work!

Outstanding service and buying experience!

Staff was very friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. This is my third vehicle from Jay Wolfe Acura and the experience has been outstanding each time. Jimmy Carpenter was outstanding to work with!
