Norm Dean and the buying experience

Norm Dean was superb in my quest to find my 2109 TLX A-spec. He was very forth-right and transparent. This was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have encountered. His ability to get the deal done is superb. As an out of town buyer, the staff at Jay Wolfe Acura made me feel welcome, and that I was an important person to them. They treated me like a person and not a number for a monthly quota. Once I finalized the purchase, the staff walked me through the features of the car, and were able to answer all my questions. I would far and away recommend Jay Wolfe Acura, and especially Norm Dean, if you are in the market for a great vehicle.

Norm Dean Was Great!

I purchased a used Toyota and had a great experience. Norm was professional and efficient. He made the experience enjoyable. I had a few questions after I purchased my car and his replies were super-fast! I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a car.

Fixed windshield and lane keep assist

Working with Brian to fix this issue after purchasing a CPO vehicle from Jay Wolfe was outstanding. I appreciate there flexibility in scheduling, great service, providing a courtesy vehicle due to purchasing the vehicle from them. Would defiantly recommend Jay Wolfe Acura.

Great Experience w/ Manager Brian Hodes & Service Rep Dusty

Had a "pothole" related wheel issue with my recently purchased Acura and the service team at Jay Wolfe Acura totally and completely took care of me in a fast and friendly manner as well as with a high quality repair! Service Manager Brian Hodes went out of his way to ensure I was totally satisfied and service rep Dusty Hancock couldn't have provided better service. I'm an extremely satisfied Jay Wolf Acura customer!

Not a good experience

Factory recall over fuel pump issue. Loaner car not ready, waited about 30 min. Rude female customer rep. Another issue addressed with keyless entry not well received by rep and unable to reproduce the issue. Felt as if they think I am making this up. Unable to find my own car in front lot when I returned to pick it up, so I walked all the way to the far back parking lot, carrying several parcels. I will not return to JW Acura unless forced due to terms on the "extended" warranty I purchased when I bought the car new from you.

Oil change

They were fast and efficient and I just love the dealership. We had lunch there while we were waiting and it didn’t seem like we were waiting at all. Very enjoyable

Exchanged current lease ILX in for new lease on RDX

Jim Mattson and Jimmy Carpenter handled sale. Both were incredibly helpful and very professional. Will do business again and will recommend. I am very happy with my visit and with my car.

Excellent - very attentive service rep

I felt cared for from the minute I stepped out of my car. He answered a few questions and found me an expert to help me with some technology questions. Need to get the vacuum working for the inside of the car.

Jay Wolfe service visit

Great experience. I only needed basic service and appreciated honesty in the diagnosis that did not include unnecessary work. I have experienced that at other dealers.
