Fast and easy. They have the most trustworthy employees around. Awesome lounge with great hospitality. Cleanest and nicest dealership I've ever been into. Highly Recommended.

They are the best service department!

They greet you immediately, they give you an estimate of how long it will take, they check back with an update and PRONTO, they are done!

Easy and wonderful experience from start to finish

Excellent service, as always.

It was very easy to schedule my appointment for a recall fix. When I arrived everything was explained to me and I requested some additional service which was taken care of. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. A great experience AS ALWAYS!

New ILX Lease

Everyone - from the moment I walked in the door to when I drove off the lot - was a pleasure to work with. Granted, I knew they would be that way because this is my second lease through Jay Wolfe Acura. And when I say they're the best I mean it.

Subpar experience for luxury dealer

Acura is luxury brand charging premium prices and expectations are above average service. Had oil change done and failed to reset indicator. Not sure if oil was changed since car only had about 3000 miles on current oil. “New” oil did not appear fresh. Had new servo motor put in drivers side mirror. Paid for a full hour of labor which probably only took a half hour. Tech left tools in car, mirror, window and side of door was smudged with grease and finger prints. You would think for that price 30 seconds to clean car up could have been achieved.

Great Customer Service

Went in for my car's standard maintenance interval, Dusty was clear on what needed to be done and what charges to expect. After the car was taken back, another service was found to be required, he called promptly, explained what needed to be done and my car was done within the interval Dusty quoted. Thanks!

one hungry wolf on a cold day

are daughter chrissy miller has bot a couple cars from j wolf acura. she told us j wolf was a good place to buy a car . the day we drove in the lot it was cold. so we was driving through the lot and about to leave. jimmy come out and stopped us . jimmy carpenter is a very good salesman.my wife is so tight its like squeezing blood out of a turnup. jimmy had no problem with her . he is a good salesman. this is not the last time you will see us . it's been 17 years since we have bot a new car and we love it . thank you very much . randy / vickie carter

The best customer service!

Customer service is a lost art. Jay Wolfe Acura still very much runs its business maintaining the most impressive customer service and attention I have seen in a long time. Drew Hughes was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend everyone go see the folks at Jay Wolfe Acura.

Acura RDX purchase

Came to test drive an RDX which was found online. Didn’t care for that car but Norm found one I fell in love with. Danny was great in Finance too.
