Quick, accurate, quality job. Great Service

The Jay Wolfe team was able to get me in morning-of, to fix a nail in my tire. They were able to assess, replace, and get me out the door in great time. Can't ask for a better experience or service.

Spent time explaining service needed and pricing

No surprises, They did what they said they would do and completed the work faster than estimated. Went over the inspection and provided information about future service requirements. Very professional

Service appointment

My Acura had a battery issue over the past weekend. Called first thing on Monday morning and they fit me into the schedule for the same day. They not only fixed my issue but also completed an upcoming service and saved me a trip back to the dealership. They were efficient and their customer service was fantastic. Very pleased that all concerns were addressed and they conducted a check to ensure my vehicle was safe. Thanks for going the extra mile.

Excellent

This was our first visit to JW Acura. Jordan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the work that needed to be done and even looked up the history of the car as I bought it at Carmax and the previous owner had been at JW Acura before. The work the pervious owner declined to have done I was able to get done due to Jordan’s research. My car is caught up on the maintenance thanks to Jordan and the team at JW Acura. Thanks again

Exceptional dealership!

This dealership is exceptional. They go to great lengths to make you feel comfortable and valued as a customer. I needed a new battery and they had it replaced in less than 30 minutes. There were issues with my tires discovered during their inspection and those issues were resolved immediately. Alejandro Winkle went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was completed in time to pick up my child. The staff in the cafe are also extremely professional and courteous. Servicing my Acura is actually something I look forward to due to the amenities Jay Wolfe provides their customers! Won’t ever buy a car anywhere else. Thank you for taking care of me!

Perfect Entry and Exit!

Dusty is always incredibly professional and efficient, and yesterday was no exception. He had a loaner car already lined up and ready to drive out upon my arrival - I was in and out in under five minutes. Amazing! And the pick-up was also flawless. Thanks for another great experience!

Dependable service. Helpful staff

Came for oil change. Additional work done included alignment plus the next service check up that was needed in near future. This saved us from another trip in from Topeka.

lengthy time

Arrived early for a 1:30 appointment for an oil change. Looked at tires and recommended they get changed. Lengthy wait for this to be completed. Total time spent at the deal was just over 3 hours. Knowing that replacing the tires was a last minute add on, more explaination of the time delay could have been provided. Service tech reported back once during the duration. Also, had follow questions for details on an oil consumption test. Vehicle is approaching the warranty milage and our concerns are the fix won't be completed prior to warranty expiration.
