Great Service!!!

My service guy- Alejandro Winkle is such a gentleman and always recommends service that keeps my car running really good. He is reasonable, accommodating and keeps me well informed during all my service visits at the dealership. He is my go to guy and I Trust him as the only person that I prefer dealing with at all times. Thank you for your service Alejandro.

Ask for Used Car salesman Drew Hughes.

Drew was a great guy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I even had fun buying a used Acura MDX. Would be 5 stars except for the car needs to go back for detailing.

Wonderful experience

Buying a car at Jay Wolfe Acura was one my best experiences buying a car. Very professional, thorough detail of the automobile in which we were considering, And the lounge while we waited to complete paperwork, was a very nice touch to the experience. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a new car.

Consistently great year after year

This dealership has put so much thought into the details that make a difference for customers. They also obviously treat their employees well, because they also stay your after year. Rusty, my service rep, knows the history on my vehicle and always provides great advice and support. Other dealerships should study Jay Wolf and use their model as an example of how to do business.

professional service

Jordan noticed that my battery might need to be checked and he was correct. The battery was replaced so I will have no difficulty starting my car this winter.

Regular automotive service.

I was able to make an appointment 24 hours ahead. I was greeted and immediately turned my car over to the friendly service agent. The Acura Waiting Lounge staff were also friendly. I was given an estimate of 90 minutes for my service work, and my car was ready at almost exactly 90 minutes. The car wash was a nice finishing feature.

What Else Could They Do?

I had very little time to bring in my car when the service light went on. I called Jay Wolfe Acura and spoke with Dusty Hancock. He accommodated my schedule, I waited in a beautiful waiting room with a cafe and my car was ready and washed and vacuumed in just over an hour! Dusty takes what could be a very irritating and frustrating experience and makes it so relaxing!

Always Amazing Customer Service!!

Car maintenance is no longer a dreaded experience thanks to these great employees. The wait time quoted to me was right on track. And, the food is tasty too!
