Amazing ACURA service!

Everyone at the Jay Wolfe location is phenomenal! Highly recommend buying an Acura from Jay Wolfe on Stateline !! The service and sales departments are wonderful

Friendly and transparent experience

Dillon told me what they would like to do and,are my options and what is recommended. He was very friendly and gave me a text soon as my service was done.

Fantastic Service

My battery died on a Saturday afternoon when I was supposed to take my daughter to a local carnival. She was devastated. When I called the dealership and explained the situation, they sent somebody out to jump my car, brought it in, and had the battery replaced in 20 minutes. Unbelievable service, and I'm very appreciative.

Buy New Acura TLX

On the sales front, Norm Dean was as good as it can get. He spent a LOT of time with me to be sure I understood all the new features of the TLX. He provided information on the negotiation time and didn't make me feel like I was being pushed into something or rushed. He listened and worked with me and the sales manager to get "across the finish line" so all were pleased. On the finance side, Josh was wonderful, He explained all aspects of the paperwork, the financing, the options available during the closing. He took time and didn't rush through anything. He made me feel comfortable and gave me options that ended up being a win-win for all. Thank you to both and the Jay Wolfe organization for a pleasant experience. That isn't often said in car dealing situations!!

Easy to do business

Tracey and Steve were great to work with on the sales side and working with Josh on the finance and warranty was good as well. From start to finish, the team was respectful, timely in response, and flexible. I would recommend Tracey highly. My only minor issue is with the delivery. I expected the car to be detailed both inside and out, and the outside was excellent, however the attention to detail and quality of detailing on the inside was average at best.

Fantastic service at Jay Wolfe Acura

Alex at Jay Wolfe did everything to make us a great deal on our Acura and has followed up with any help or concerns we have had, which are very few. This is our second Acura at this dealership and always have great service with them.
