oil change

job done within time quoted and snack bar was a very good experience. and best of all the service was free with the complimentary oil change vouchers

Fast and Efficient

While waiting for our oil to be changed we enjoyed a complimentary breakfast in their dining/waiting area. David was very efficient explaining everything that had been done and future items we needed to consider. He then walked us to our vehicle and answered a few questions we had about how things worked. The vehicle had been washed and vacuumed, and looked very nice. Next time I would ask that whoever was in the vehicle wash their hands as there were black fingerprints all over the inside door handles, other then that, we were extremely satisfied.

Everything Fixed

Jai Wolf has a new machine installed that checks your alignment as you drive-in. 2000 miles ago, I had all four tires realigned. As I entered for my oil change and tire rotation, the sensor stated that my wheels were once again out of alignment. My service coordinator checked and realigned the one tire again at no charge to me. Always happy with my Acura service at Jai Wolfe.

Forgetfulness

Should it take 90+ minutes for an Oil Change? And then service techs. reported they cleaned the inside mats, they were dirty, and other items had also been dropped. Not happy about it.

JW Acura sets the Standard

I have used Jay Wolfe Acura to care for my 2006 TL since purchase. I received free oil/filter changes for the lifetime of my ownership, which has been great. Service visits are never a hassle and the people are terrific, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.. while I rarely wait for service, their customer lounge is beyond comparison. Good for working remotely or just relaxing while you wait. I highly recommend them for caring for your Acura!

NSX Purchase

Team is very qualified, personable, and deserves the business. I would highly recommend them for the purchase of your next vehicle. I purchased Acura's most technological car, and most expensive, and they allowed me full access with full support. Most dealerships will not allow you to breathe on their flagship cars. It is no wonder they have sold the most NSX's in the United States. I had the opportunity to speak with management, service, and some of the salesmen not in the NSX program. It reassured me that no matter what car purchased from this dealership, they treat you with the same courtesy and all have extensive knowledge about their vehicles, meaning a majority of the staff was not just hired yesterday. I look forward to future business with their management and sales team.

Great experience with vehicle purchase

Had a great experience at the dealership, worked with sales lead Norm Dean, and Joshua Gurney who were both very polite, low pressure, and informative with my experience in a vehicle purchase. Would highly recommend.

Awesome

I purchased my second Acura recently and had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff Bennett and Jon Stout for this transaction.(Everyone I came in contact with was VERY friendly) As usual it was a great experience! Because buying a car is NEVER quick...... at least everyone is always very friendly so you don't have to focus on the fact you have been there 5 hours and just wanting to get the whole thing over with. I was also very impressed that Dusty from service made it a point to say hi to me. I have been dealing with Dusty for 7 years in the service department and he is AWESOME! I look forward to several more years with Acura. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience - kid friendly car buying :)

Jay Wolfe Acura exceeded any dealership experience we’ve ever had. With two young kids with us, we were worried how it would go, but there was a play room for the kids along with drinks, snacks, cookies and smoothies, and of course WiFi to keep the kids entertained and allow us to focus on leasing our new Acura. Chris Marshall was fantastic and so was Derek. So thankful we chose Jay Wolfe!
