The quality and customer service provided on this visit is the reason I have owned three Acuras and continue to put them in the forefront when considering future purchases. Dusty was very professional, relatable (told me I needed to drive my car more-he’s right) and dealt with my concerns in a genuine manner. All of the items we discussed were addressed, without additional follow up on my part, and in the time promised. BONUS points for cleaning my car without asking - seriously who turns this down!!

Urgent service needed
I got a flat tire and needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called Dusty and he got me in right away. It turned out my tires were under warranty so I got it fixed for under $50! Thanks so much to Dusty for taking great care of me. Also I was grateful for the shuttle service to take me back to work while my car was serviced.

Service Appointment
I headed in for an oil change and safety inspection, but found out that my car was out of alignment and that I have several other minor issues going on. Glad that they look out for the customer so that I can get those things taken care of in a timely manner.

Maintenance
I came in for an "A1" (Oil change and tire rotation) but their equipment showed that my wheels were out of alignment and my battery was failing. So glad that these could be identified and fixed in a proactive manner rather than experiencing the failing 'live'.

Norm was great
Norm was very knowledgeable about the differences between each of the Acura tlx packages. He was very informative about all of the features and made sure I understood how everything worked before I left the lot. He was helpful with answering the tons of questions we had. I really appreciated that Norm took the time to work on all of the details of my trade in and financing before I came in so when we were ready to ready to go!

Helpful staff
Mr Winkle was knowledgeable and patient. He explained what services were being completed, as well as other services that were being recommended and why. He was very clear about the timeline of each service, and provided updates along the way. Great service!

Oil service on car.
They did the multi check points and change the oil and filter. They also Rotated and balance the tires less then a hour. Thanks a lot.

Best service in town
I have a 2008 MDX and have only had it serviced at Jay Wolfe. The service department is very professional and friendly! I highly recommend Jay Wolfe!

Routine maintenance/oil change
The shop was full of cars but service department got me in and out very quickly. Jack reviewed what was done and went over the complete maintenance check.
