Incredible service!

We are a busy family with young children. Derek and Chris were able to streamline our visit, so we were able to get all our needs met in record time without feeling rushed. Derek even installed our car seats. What wonderful service!

Excellent as always

Excellent as always. I’ve been having my cars serviced at Jay Wolfe Acura for 11 years. I would never go anywhere else. All the reps are courteous and efficient but Dylan Rath is my go to guy.

oil change & filter, realignment, rotate tires, & nav system

Excellent service and waiting area. Kept me fully aware of the vehicle status. I come very early and wait so the breakfast is a great service

Always Freindly &Reliable

I email directly with Dusty, the Service Writer, which is convenient for me. On the appointed day he has a loaner car waiting. We ran a few errands and since there were no problems with the routine service, we returned and swapped cars back later in the day.

SERVICE VISIT

Service for oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Jim Carpenter is absolutely wonderful with customers and customer follow-up. Dusty Hancock is the best Service Consultant I've ever worked with. Thanks to Kyle also in the lounge. Glad to see you guys put Fox News on a TV rather than those Nut's on The View.

Acura TL

Fantastic service experience . This is my second purchase from Jay Wolfe, 1st being a 2010 TSX in 2013 and most certainly will not be my last. I’ll be back for my next vehicle.

New battery

I needed a new battery and had a regular service done as well. It went fine and I picked up my car later the same day. However the battery cap was loose and the following morning my car wouldn’t start. My husband tried to temporize it so I could get back to the dealer to get it repaired. They did get it done right away and I was one my way, but I feel this should have been checked by the person who replaced my battery the day before so that I wouldn’t have had to make a return trip.

Far exceeded my expectations

The service provided by Dillon Rath was exceptional. I am so please with the service provided that I am considering buying a new Acura. Please keep giving outstanding service and people like Dillon Rath on your staff and I will always drive an Acura from your dealership.

The usual fast friendly service

Normally work with Dusty when we bring the cars in for service but he was on vacation. So we had the pleasure of working with Alejandro this time and he gave us the same great level of service that we get when working with Dusty.. Dropped the car of on Saturday morning to get a faulty headlamp fixed (not as easy as it sounds) and the AC back up and running. Both jobs were taken care of within the day and we were kept apprised of where we were in the process and the costs. While dealer service costs can be higher than other shops, I know I’m getting the job done right and with the right parts and they’ll stand behind the wirk should something happen. So the cost/benefits are worth it.

Always a happy customer!

I love Jay Wolfe's Acura service center. They are always super friendly and make sure that you are taken care of. The waiting area is also very convenient and comfortable.
