Service technician spotted a couple of things that could be a problem in the future. He brought me in to look at the engine and suggested some fixes to be applied at the next oil change. I always feel comfortable taking my cars (even the non Acura one) here.

Genuine care
Nick was incredibly patient while we came to a decision over which car we wanted to lease. He genuinely wanted us to leave happy with our decision with no pressure whatsoever. Sales person (Gretchen) was helpful, polite and not over-bearing. Although a financial error in the closing process was made by Acura, they positively stood behind their agreement.

pressure to get something fixed
i have a brand new MDX with 7200 miles on it and i felt like the serviceman kept trying to sell me something since i have the TLC Pkg. first alignment then brakes on my next visit???? don't think i will be back
