Norm Dean was an amazing ambassador for the dealership. This was about the easiest and smoothest possible transaction I could have ever hoped for. Completely transparent from the moment I initiated the conversation, never any pressuring, just let me dictate the conversation and experience. I will absolutely be purchasing additional vehicles here.

Routine service.

Jack Wagner as my service rep is excellent to work with. I have worked with Jack several times. My scheduled maintenance was delivered as promised. Overall a great experience.

My vehicle was completed on time.

I made an appointment online for 1:30pm on 8/2. I dropped the vehicle off at 1:20pm and was told that the work would be completed by 6:00pm that day. Shortly after 5:00pm, I received a call from the service advisor and was told that they weren’t going to get to my car today. I was offered a loaner but declined. I had to make a second trip back the next day to get the work completed. Disappointed. All of my previous experiences have been terrific. Just dropped the ball this time.

took rl in for service

The overall experience and service were great. I took my vehicle in for oil change and services to see what the b codes meant on dash board - the overall service was great just didn't like the constant upselling of Services.

B13 Service

Quick check in, all work is explained in advance. service advisor, Dillon Rath, is great. The lounge is very comfortable and the concierge in the lounge is very helpful and the food he prepares is a nice added touch.
