Thorough and Helpful

Seat Belt Warranty Replacement
Arrived at my appointment time to have the drivers side front seat belt replaced under warranty, when I arrived I asked Dillon to check and see if the passenger side had the same problem - if it needed to be replaced, I was expecting to return to get it replaced. The appointment lasted a bit longer than Dillon estimated, when I got my car back to my surprise both seat belt parts were in stock so both belts were repaired. Dillon has taken care of me in the past and I have always been very pleased with the service, Thank Dillon.

James Ellis was our Sales representative and was excellent.
James Ellis was a new rep & was knowledgeable and more than pleasant to work with. He never tried to answer a question he didn’t fully know the answer to, but immediately researched for the answer. That was so refreshing! We look forward to visiting on our future maintenance. We also were helped by Jimmy & Jim, who were above and beyond, as well!

Battery issue, changed instantly
Just purchased a pre-owned Acura, but the dumb dealer didn't change the car battery and keep saying the battery is fine. But I can't start my car for multiple times and that stupid dealer asked me to go to Acura dealer to change the battery. Jay Wolfe Acura has great staff, no drama, fast service. Likely to do business with them in the future.

Purchase Acura MDX in one trip
From the moment we entered Jay Wolfe Acura, we were totally overwhelmed! Never have we been treated by every member of staff with such courtesy and concern. We had selected the model we wanted and roughly the year: '16 MDX, and we were shown 3 or 4 right off the bat. Norm, our counselor, appeared to be willing to spend as much time as possible with us to let us make the best decision for us. We met Jimmy through a friend, and he walked us through every step of the process, offering his time, interest, and tips for buying and trading in our used car. We cannot begin to thank you all, and I mean all, for your kindness and courtesy.
