I drove into dealership on a spare tire, showed Mr. Hancock the destroyed tire and it was replaced, balanced and mounted on the vehicle in short order with no hassle or cost.

Bad - they did not take care of what I asked them to.
First they told me I needed two new tires (tires are less than 2 years old) went back and measured again no new tires. DRL was out told them to fix drove away and they did not even look at the DRL. Had to go back to the shop. they took care of it right away and I wasn't charged.

Service was top notch
The service was excellent! My service writer really knew his business, and explained everything very well including the cost. The manager came around and spoke to me as well. They gave me a brand new loner car to drive to work too. The work was all done that day, and my car is terrific. I am very happy with every aspect of the service and would recommend Jay Wolfe Acura to everyone!
