Always amazing service
Dear Jay Wolfe - My experience with staff at Jay Wolfe is always outstanding. I understand that sometimes my wait time will be longer than projected and that doesn't bother me; it is clear that everyone there is doing their best. I also understand that customer feedback is an important and essential tool, however, the ONLY thing that I don't like about my experience at Jay Wolfe is that I get the feeling that if these guys don't get 5 stars and perfect reviews, then they are at fault. Yes, I get it that they are encouraging feedback, but perhaps you would get more, consistent feedback if you asked a couple of questions then and there. That way you get your info, and your staff doesn't have to feel like their job is one the line if people get busy and don't put an emphasis on answering the emailed request to share their experience. I run three business and have a one-year-old - I NEVER take the time to give feedback. This time is different because I have had a similar feeling each time I leave that if I don't respond (which I never have in the past, although service has always been awesome), then the people who help me will get in some kind of trouble. IN ADDITION, I do not like this third party platform that claims it will not share my email address with the dealership, I could care less about that, I care that you're going to see it off to every other company willing to throw pennies their way.

Great Sales People.
We had a great experience with the sales staff. Jon Stout and Jimmy Carpenter were excellent to work with and a real asset to the company. They struck us as honest and reliable and transparent (not what you often get in this business) and earned our trust in the car buying process. Jeff Johnson, the Finance Director, was just OK to work with (he complained twice about us partly paying in cash) but he did his job and may have just been tired 4PM on a Saturday. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Jay Wolfe Acura and we have been satisfied each time. Thank you!

Great Experience
I was told up front that there would be a delay in my service. I was offered some options but chose to stay at dealership and wait. My service person was pleasant and friendly.

Always satisfied
Dusty Hancock is my service representative. My MDX is a 2011 that I purchased from Jay Wolffe. I maintain as advise, and have had very little problem with my vehicle. It's extremely reassuring to know I can call Dusty, and he'll advise me. All aspects of the service, from the service, to the cafe, to the car wash and detail is so appreciated! I'll be back at some point to purchase a new car!

Love my Acura!
I love how they pamper me. I hope to always own an Acura! When I returned to the service area because they had forgotten to wipe off my window they marked on, I had several service workers coming to my aid.
