As in most visits the Jay Wolf service department is courteous, friendly and delivers in allotted time. They also have a great lounge with internet and snacks to keep you occupied if you stay and wait for you car.

I experienced excellent customer service! I love the lounge and all that it offers. It’s truly rewarding to relax while waiting for my car.

My car died literally as I was driving into the garage earlier this week. I'd had a few clues on the way home, but it wouldn't start after I parked it and had to have it towed the next morning. I arranged an appointment time online, as they were closed for the day. It was an easy experience. Dusty suspected that my alternator had gone out, and he was right. They gave me a great loaner car to use and the next day, my old RL was back on the road. Other than paying the tab, it was a great experience!
