Great experience

Drew reached out to me in a timely manner through my internet inquiry. Quickly we learned Drew is incredibly knowledgeable about cars and all the dealings that go along with buying a car. This is not always the case while working with salesman. He did an excellent job explaining details of finances, taxes, options etc. He was incredibly patient with our million questions! We truly felt like he was looking for the best fit and deal for us. Drew is super responsive and easy to communicate with. Drew is hard working, energetic, and all around enjoyable to work with. Trevor was the finance manager that tied the financial ends up for us. He was very thorough, and wanted to make sure we completely understood everything. Trevor and Drew absolutely took care of us! Highly recommend this team to anyone. And....we LOVE the 2019 MDX!!

Got our dream car!

We went in on Labor Day and fell in love with a car that was already sold. Drew asked us to give him a few days to find us another car. Through out the week, he sent us a few cars to review. On Saturday, we walked in and were able to buy our dream car. Low miles, extended warranty, and full tech package.

New car purchase

Norm Dale did a great job for me… I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for help with a new automobile. He was thorough, he was conscientious, and he helped explain some of the confusing steps that come with buying a new car. I went the extra mile to make sure I got the exact car that I wanted. Overall terrific experience with him…

Awesome Experience

Norm was able to find the exact RDX I was looking for. He is very easy to get ahold of and will respond in a timely manner. Each time I have been in the dealership Norm and his team has done their best to get me taken care of! I highly recommend Norm, as well as Acura. My main complaint is that Acura needs to step up their game and include android instead of only apple. This was huge disappointment to find out my phone will not connect to Acura Link, as I do not use apple products.

Best car buying experience ever at a dealership

I stopped by just to look at a truck that I saw on their website. It was beautiful. Norm was professional and patient and fought to the end to get me into it that truck. I highly recommend to visit Norm or anyone at Jay Wolfe Acura.

Great Experience - Professional.

I stopped in to look at a used convertible Volkswagen they had on their website and spoke with Norm; he gave me the unpleasant news that is was already sold and showed me another convertible. At first I wasn't too interested in the car, but I thought to myself - it wouldn't hurt to test drive it. You can guess what happened. I loved it! Norm was very personable and enthusiastic. I never felt pressured or urged to make a decision. He, as well as all the staff at Jay Wolfe, were very professional and made the car buying experience very pleasant. You can't beat the waiting area either BTW. I did have a little problem with my car after purchase. Norm reached out to me several times in order to get the issue resolved. I am continuing to enjoy my purchase and I tell everyone about my great experience at Jay Wolfe Acura.

Best Experience - Second to None

Norm and Dalton were an amazing team and Jay Wolfe Acura is top notch. Norm was very responsive to my requests and quickly found the vehicle I wanted. When he was faced with challenges not of his making, he overcame them and delivered a wonderful car. He always made sure that I was happy. Dalton was very knowledgeable (i.e. a walking Acura owner's manual) and impressive. I could not be happier with my car and the experience.

Wonderful sales team

Norm and Dolton were wonderful to work with while choosing our new car. They listened to our needs and found the right fit for us, answering all of our questions along the way. They made every attempt to make the processes as smooth as possible. When we did encounter hiccups, they dealt with them professionally and made us feel like they were working hard for us.

Above and Beyond!

Jay Wolfe Acura goes above and beyond. They have definitely risen the bar.This was the first time car buying has ever been easy for me. I went in knowing which car I wanted to buy. There was no pressure to buy anything. We were served complimentary breakfast while waiting. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and interested in helping me with anything I might need. The finance portion of the purchase was quick and simple. I didn't have to fill out the same info over and over. I did do the quick finance app online prior to coming in. At no time did I feel pressured or feel like they were trying to trick me into anything (like many car dealers). I was given a tour of the dealership and where to go for future service or parts. Before going home they had someone sit in the car with me and go over how to use some of the functions and even paired my phone with the Bluetooth. My husband and I were amazed by the hospitality of Jay Wolfe Acura and we will definitely be back. Thank you!
