Above and Beyond

Jay Wolfe Acura goes above and beyond. They have definitely risen the bar.This was the first time car buying has ever been easy for me. I went in knowing which car I wanted to buy. There was no pressure to buy anything. We were served complimentary breakfast while waiting. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and interested in helping me with anything I might need. The finance portion of the purchase was quick and simple. I didn't have to fill out the same info over and over. I did do the quick finance app online prior to coming in. At no time did I feel pressured or feel like they were trying to trick me into anything (like many car dealers). I was given a tour of the dealership and where to go for future service or parts. Before going home they had someone sit in the car with me and go over how to use some of the functions and even paired my phone with the Bluetooth. My husband and I were amazed by the hospitality of Jay Wolfe Acura and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Solid Salesman

On the day we picked up our certified used Acura, my wife commented to me that Norm Dean is the hardest working guy in the dealership. After seeing him in action, I agree. In terms of negotiating, Norm represents the dealership well, but also knows the limits of his customers. He handles business well and certainly deserves a raise! Go see Norm!

Wonderful Shopping Experience with Norm

Norm was the greatest salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all, not pushy. I used to work for a dealership so I know how most people in sales can be - and Norm was different. He made me feel comfortable and at ease during the shopping and purchase process. The crew and service at Jay Wolfe Acura were also all very nice. While waiting for service to complete, they offer complimentary lunch & drinks for their clients. And even when I couldn’t eat what was on their menu due to my diet, the crew allowed me in the break room to warm up my own food. This is one of the most stress-free big purchase I’ve ever experienced and service doesn’t stop after the deal is done. Norm is great at keeping in touch to make sure my new car is treating me well because he genuinely cares. I definitely appreciate his work.

First New Car in 15 years

Norm was so awesome to work with! He is calm, patient and so personable. I was a little nervous about the whole car buying experience as it had been so long since I had purchased a new vehicle. Norm made the experience actually enjoyable! I never once felt under any pressure and he is vey knowledgeable and we had a great test drive so I could really get a feel for the car as I had never driven an Acura before. Everyone at the dealership we met and talked with was so professional and kind. I would recommend Jay Wolfe Acura and Norm to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you Norm, you are the best!

First Experience with Jay Wolfe

Norm was great to work with. Cut out as much of the negotiation phase as possible and got right to the real numbers. Was very knowledgeable about the car, and made the car buying process as smooth as could be.

Finally bought a car!

Norm was amazing! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and funny. The car buying process was seamless from beginning to end and very organized. Everyone here was friendly, and most importantly, there were no pushy salesman. Norm really treated us like a valued customer, and I’m looking forward to continual business with Jay Wolfe!

My first experience with Jay Wolfe Acura

Drew was my salesman and a very good one! He sold me my Acura MDX and I’m very proud of it!! Drew took his time talking to my mom and I. I would definitely recommend him!

Thank you for listening

I most appreciate that they listened to my requests. I was shopping for my teenager for a college car. I was upfront and said I need something I can pay cash for. All other dealerships tried to convince me to use cash for down payment and go with small payment. Norm and Steve worked together to find me a perfect Honda CRV that had just been traded in and in my cash budget for her. And it didn't matter if I was spending $7k or $40k, I felt we were treated with the same level of service. When I'm ready to trade in and upgrade my own car I will be back. Wonderful Experience with Norm

I purchased a 2019 RDX in November 2018 and I really enjoyed my experience with Norm, he was very patient because I had not completely made up my mind to make this purchase but he did not badger me in to making any sooner than planned. He was really good with follow up on anything I would ask of him and very pleasant all the time. I would certainly recommend him to others I know may be in the market for an Acura.
