Knowledgeable and friendly
Shawn was a great representative for Infiniti. He has a great knowledge of his product. My wife and I appreciated his follow through over the course of about a month while we worked to find the right vehicle. I have already referred him to a family friend who may be looking to upgrade their vehicle.

We bought a vehicle from Brandon Standifer on Saturday and from the first contact to completing the sale and driving away, he was great at every step. We drove from Des Moines to KC after finding that Infinity of KC had an amazing selection of vehicles to choose from and working with Brandon through email, text, and phone calls to feel confident shopping with them. Brandon even went to the dealership on his day off (!) to take pictures and answer some questions to keep the process moving forward. I feel fortunate to have worked with Brandon on this deal and would recommend him (and Infinity of Kansas City) highly to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Excellent experience
First new car purchase in 9 years and first luxury car. This was the best buying experience I have ever had. Friendly and attentive staff. Very knowledgeable about their line. Completely up-front about all phases. They stayed late to allow me time to talk through the finishing phases of the sale. I am actually looking forward to bringing the car in for its first oil change because the staff and facilities are so nice.

A very good experience
My experience at Kansas City Infiniti was a very good one. Ryan Rowley was very helpful and professional to deal with. I never was pressured, bullied or intimidated! All of my questions and concerns were handled in a professional manner. One of the few times I actually enjoyed the deal making process.

My salesman, Brandon Standifer, greeted me at the door when I came to test drive a car I had found on the internet. Brandon was so polite, and was not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. The whole process went very well and although I did not take the car home that evening, Brandon delivered it to my home the next morning. That's service!! Thanks for a great experience!

Scary shake taken care of!
Despite owning a Hyundai Tucson, we went to Infinity of Kansas City since it's close to our house, had heard good things and called around after a scary shake started and Kris Venard was the only one that told us to take it in, we were very well taken care of by Kris and his crew! He drove it himself to see what was going on, then brought it over to the service bay, where they discovered I needed new tires. He recommended a few brands that will work with my budget and driving needs. I felt very welcomed and taken care of me, not hassled at all, Kris even noticed that I was close to needing an oil change, so offered to fit it into our visit! I would return to Infinity of KC in a heartbeat!!

The whole experience was seamless and they made the process so easy. Thanks!! We knew what we wanted, drove it home for the weekend and then bought it. In and out in record time. Low stress and low pressure. Oh and we LOVE the car!!!!
