Best Car Purchasing Experience Ever

If you are looking to buy a luxury SUV and being treated as someone special, I would highly recommend Infinity of Kansas City. From the moment you walk into the showroom you can tell the difference from other luxury suv dealers. You are treated with professional courtesy and respect. They listen to what you want in a vehicle and the experience you are trying to achieve in your next car purchase. When you are introduced to the support service consultants you sense a future trust and honesty from everyone who will be servicing your car. It was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had.

Had a great experience.

Everyone was friendly and knew what they were doing. If we asked a question they didn't know they would find out right away and were very helpful.

Seamless

The whole experience was seamless and they made the process so easy. Thanks!! We knew what we wanted, drove it home for the weekend and then bought it. In and out in record time. Low stress and low pressure. Oh and we LOVE the car!!!!

Retired professional

I was treated well before I ever entered the showroom. I called for information and Mark Redmond was very personable, professional and helpful. He asked a lot of questions to determine what was important to me. When I arrived at the dealership, Joe Reed took me for a drive. I asked a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable, no pressure. Again, he was interested in meeting my expectations for certain features. Based on the questions they asked me before arriving, they knew what was important to me and made my car selection easy and fun! John Cuezze in Finance helped me with all the paperwork involved in a car purchase. I felt he truly advocated in finding me the most attractive financing rate. He was very organized and made this part of the experience very efficient.

I couldn't be happier

I can't say enough about my experience there! I had never considered Infiniti before my family and I ventured into the dealership. We were a "Mercedes family" and we came in with a bit of hesitancy to purchase an Infiniti. Everyone at the dealership was great at educating me about their vehicles and making sure that I understood all of the features my Infiniti would have. I had NO idea what I have been missing. I absolutely love my Infiniti and I don't think I could go back to Mercedes....I know (I can't believe I am saying that either)! I love my new vehicle and my experience was top notch with Kevin. It was so easy and everyone there was BOTH friendly and honest. Car shopping with 3 young kids can be a challenge but everyone was extremely accommodating. We could not be happier, the only problem we have now is that my husband has car envy!

Best in Class
