The gentleman that serviced my truck was very friendly and was a very pleasant individual.....enjoyed talking with him...he installed the replacement parts with great skill and knowledge of what he was doing

Service good, attention to detail needed

I purchased a 2017 Platinum F150 in 2017 at Bob Sight Ford and have had all my service and warranty work done there over the last six years. The service department is generally good. They are efficient and nice checking in and out. Unfortunately, they rarely have loaners and their local pickup/dropoff service is so busy, it's 50/50 whether that service is available either. I recently spent $1,500 on service and repairs and the lack of attention to detail is disappointing. Had a moonroof crack due to heat exposure not covered by the extended warranty. Replacement was very expensive and when I got the car back, there was sticker residue and lots of black fleck residue left on the moonroof. Had to get the ladder out when I got home to clean the moonroof. Attention to detail is needed.

Oil and filter change

Experience was good but later I was notified a part was left off and needed to be put back on. Tommie was very helpful and apologetic.

Great Rep, Great Deal

Great car buying experience

The entire process of buying a car and the trade in was made easy. David Whittaker was our sales associate. I came without my husband and David gave me the same respect as when my husband was with me. At several other dealerships in the KC area before we said a word they wanted to know our occupations-as if that should matter how they treat us. I felt that David treated us like he would anyone. He trusted us and therefore gained my trust in him and the dealership.

Great experience

Fast, efficient service. Loved the pick up and delivery service. Didn’t have to waste my time checking in and waiting! Will continue to get my oil changes and service work at Bob Sight.
