Excellent Service

Happy with overall process, except the fact that I voiced

Happy with overall process, except the fact that I voiced my concern about the the extensive wear on the tires and was reassured multiple times that they were still in good condition being that there was only 8.9k miles on the car. However, when the car was inspected only 2 months later, of course I was informed that I will need new tires very soon as I suspected. For the simple fact that I traded in a car with brand new tires makes me even more upset because they are very expensive and now I have to turn around and buy more when that was second biggest concern with purchasing the car other than the open recall that was unable to be repaired at the time. It sucks that I can't do anything about it now, but in the future I will continue to stick with purchasing certified cars from the manufacturer that I know have passed inspection.
