Very friendly salesperson David was awesome. I would buy from him again. There was no high pressure from him. I called about no owner manual in the car. And Jeff said he would order one for me.

Made an appointment with Tommy to have them fix a recall
Made an appointment with Tommy to have them fix a recall and do an oil change and rotation and pull some codes from a check engine light. I took it in on appointment day and Tommy said they don't have the part to fix the recall - Also said they wouldn't work with my warranty company. SO CALL AHEAD AND MAKE SURE THEY WILL WORK WITH YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY!!! Tommy didn't order the part or even offer when to fix the recall and they charged me 230 bucks for the oil and rotation... well to be fair $185 is what they charged for labor.... I wont be doing any business with them again!!!

Gene - The man of the hour
Gene was absolutely incredible to deal with! He answered all of my questions and took care of all my needs. I live out of state and had to fly to MO to pick up the vehicle. My flight was delayed and Gene even came back after hrs to deliver my keys, help with setup, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure his customer was taken care of. That’s very hard to find these days!!
