Bait and Switch!

Bait and switch! Five cars we reviewed that morning on the website that all indicated on site. Got there and the totaling underwhelming sales person and no clue what was on site. He told me the 2 of the cars were at other dealerships, 2 must have been sold. He then after an extended time found on on the back lot. What a joke! Zero understanding of Customer Service. Drove immediately to Nissan and had a great experience. Pick up our new car Monday. Don’t go there! Worst car buying experience ever. They just don’t care!

Would give a zero.

Would give a zero. Went to dealership based on 5 cars we were very interested and ready to purchase. When we got there a very uninterested sales person asked us what we’re looking for and I said we saw five cars on the website that said on site, not in-transit, pending sale or at another dealership. He looked on his own website, he did even know what was on his lot. He then showed me a k and an m in front of two of those cars that meant they were in Kansas and the other somewhere in Missouri. 2 other cars he said must have sold but wasn’t sure. Then after a good ten minutes comes out and says he has one car of the 5 on their website which I looked at that morning before we drove the 30 minutes to that site. This is a total bait and switch. Unethical and just totaling unprofessional. Never buy from them. We left and drove to Nissan and bought a beautiful Pathfinder. Great service at Nissan. Bob Sight is a joke!!!

Long wait but worth it!!!!!

Jim Fields was very transparent and helpful about the leasing process. Had a long wait on vehicle due to availability. Paper work was a very quick and simple transaction.
