I met Roy Twisdale in February 2019. I purchased a SUV in May 2019. Roy was patience, attentive, and committed to helping me find the vehicle best fitted for my growing family. I test drove several (well a lot) vehicles. Not once did Roy pressure me to make a decision. I appreciate him for giving me the time I needed! Days after my purchase, he checked on me. Simply stated, Roy Twisdale is Awesome!

I have a Toyota SUV and was doing an auto lease buyout. I leased my vehicle from out of state and lived in Wilmington, NC and Johnson Lexus was the closest dealer that I was able to do business with. He then sent me to finance (Chris) who was extremely easy to work with on financing the vehicle. He also took his time to explain everything to me in detail and was very knowledgeable about all of the programs Lexus has to offer.
