Johnson Lexus -New To lexus Buyer

Awesome experience from test drive to buying the car. Great service. People all helpful, courteous and nice! Bryant did an awesome job going over all the features of the car. Ed was so nice throughout the process running around to get me water even though he was injured, that is dedication!

Great experience

I came into Johnson Lexus to look at a GLE350. Eb and Sam made sure I had a very pleasant buying experience from start to finish. They even went as far as to arrange a driver to bring my old car back to home, a hour and a half drive. I'm beyond happy with my vehicle!

Great Buying Experience

We felt welcomed when we came through the door. Met with a salesman named Luke. I was at first taken back by his young age but this quickly disappeared when he presented himself as a sales proffesional .Even though we told him we were looking for a used car I had seen on line he treated us like we there to buy a new car. Had some trouble finding the car so Luke took us back to the showroom and had us wait till he brought the car to us. The car looked good but had a very small dent in the door and few other issues. I've been to other car dealers and pointed out things wrong with a car and have been told " Well it is a used car " but he agreed to take care of all that . We picked the car up a few days later and it looked great. Luke did a great job making sure the car was prepared to a high standard and kept us informed through the whole process. I was very impressed with the customer service. If you are looking for a car and want to have a pleasant experience stop by Lexus of Raleigh and ask to speak to Luke. He represented the dealership and himself to a high standard.

EB was very helpful in the process of purchasing a GX460 on line. I have had great experience with Lexus and this time was no different. I appreciate the professionalism that was shown. EB had knowledge of the suv I purchased. He walked me through the process with easy. EB made my experience enjoyable with no pressure.
