I had greatly researched and was set on a 2019 Toyota RAV4 when I came across the Lexus NX300h. I was scared of this purchase because I don’t know anything about Lexus. I had established pretty rigid guidelines for me to follow for getting into a new car. Dashiel and Jackson worked with me to make sure I was happy with the terms and warranty. They were super friendly and very understanding. I have bought about a dozen cars and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. It was very smooth and quick taking three hours from test drive through financing. I would recommend not only Dashiel and Jackson, but the dealership as a whole! Our experience with Travis Howard was awesome. He NEVER pushed us toward something we really weren't thrilled about, but kept looking for several weeks until the PERFECT vehicle became available for us!!
