I live in Salt Lake City, and the wait for a Toyota RAV4 hybrid is at least a year. It took only two months from the time I was in touch with Mark Jacobson Toyota to the day the car was delivered to me. Kudos to Jeremy Day, who shepherded the process from start to finish professionally and most efficiently. He was always responsive to my phone calls and texts. Shout-outs also to Danny Feeney, Karen Wise, and Luke Czubay at MJT, who were available when Jeremy was out of the office. I am one very satisfied MJT customer and now a loyal member of the Toyota family!

We really appreciated the help of Michael Adams, our sales consultant. Knowledge and helpful! We didn’t appreciate the last-minute hard upsell of extended warrantees (to the tune of an additional $3000 - which just happens to be the maximum amount you can charge on a card).

I got exactly what I wanted at an extremely good price, and I was always treated with courtesy and respect. As an older woman, this is not always my experience. Todd Anderson was amazing. Anyone who has tried to buy a car recently can understand the frustration that comes with it, especially when trying to buy a popular vehicle like the RAV4 Hybrid. After months of researching and frustration with other Toyota dealerships in the area, we decided to contact Mark Jacobson. We were connected with Al and inquired about a car in their inventory with the exact features we were interested in. Naturally, it was pre-sold but using that information, Al was able to find an alternate option for us that was almost an exact match and most importantly, within our budget! We really felt heard and valued. Most of the negotiations were able to take place over the phone and email, which saved time at the dealership. To top it off, the car arrived at the dealership within a week at a time when it can take several months to get a RAV4 Hybrid. Al has reached out to us a few times since the purchase to make sure we’re happy with the car and see if he could answer any questions. We have really felt like Al looked out for us during the process. We also want to give a shoutout to another sales rep, Edwin, that was super friendly to our family. We had our kids with us at the dealership and between Al and Edwin, our kids were treated to some snacks and kept well entertained. It was overall one of the best car buying experiences we have had. Highly recommend Al, Edwin, and the Mark Jacobson dealership. It was worth the drive from Apex for us!

Great dealership. Our family contacted other Toyota dealerships in the area and were disappointed by their lack of transparency and ambivalence. We contacted and drove to another Toyota dealer after trying to place an order according to our budget and preference and were told they thought they had what we were looking for on the lot. After we drove over an hour and test drove said car, the salesman wasn’t available and the manager came out, put his hand on the papers and said “this is our price” then proceeded to walk away. Deja Johnson at Mark Jacobson Toyota was not only incredibly helpful in finding the vehicle that we wanted in our price range but also to our taste. She did a fantastic job communicating and letting us know when our car would arrive. Not only did our car arrive on time, she contacted us to let us know it was ready earlier in the day than expected. Also, the other professionals at Mark Jacobson were so kind to our two small children that accompanied us and brought them snacks. We wish all car dealerships conducted themselves with such professionalism. We look forward to buying from Mark Jacobson Toyota again.

Wow! My sales consultant was Arsanious Ghattas and I highly recommend him! I’d give him 10 stars if I could. I wasn’t sure which model I wanted so he had several cars lined up for me to try out! He was very knowledgeable on every car and SUV. And he listened to me. He was very courteous and professional. When I decided to buy an SUV, he didn’t go running off to the “manager”. Everything was smooth and seamless. And I was very happy with my purchase. The reason I know he’s the best because I had dealt with other salesmen at other dealerships first. That’s all I have to say about that. Thank you Arsanious for making my car buying experience a pleasure!
