Had a great experience with Mark Jacobso dealership. We bought a 2012 Fiat 500c. I can honestly say both my husband and I had fun thanks to the very helpful, friendly staff, cool showroom (if you're into classic cars you have to check out Mr. Jacobson's collection in display; we were thrilled to spend time with him and learn about both the gorgeous collectors pieces he has on display and a bit about his own history in the industry; he's a really neat guy), and fast service. We would definitely recommend them and hope to be customers again! We were really happy with the financing they helped us find too.

The staff was very friendly and Claudio was excellent. He gave me multiple options and remained patient and friendly throughout whole experience. If you go to this dealership (which I highly recommend) - ask for Claudio!! You won't be disappointed. I'd also like to give accolades to Ken, the sales manager. I purchased a new 2014 Tundra from this dealer and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I had a good idea of the vehicle I wanted, but a particular version of the Tundra that I was not familiar with was presented to me and was far better than the many others I had viewed in the months prior to my purchase and it was perfect for me. The price was negotiated much farther than I thought it would be so I feel like I got more than a fair price. They also don't forget you once you leave the lot. Periodic check ins from the manufacturer down to the individual salesman to make sure everything is as I expected. I would and have recommended this dealer.

I admit I would have stayed with my 10 year old reliable, but when I learned of the safety and performance, felt the comfort, saw the styling and experienced the technology, I was hooked. Michael Lemon was patient, professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel like his only customer, with sole attention to my questions.
