Exceptional

I have all my services done at the dealership and they have been anything less than exceptional. They are always honest and fair with the work that needs to be done and let you know about work that will have to be done at the next visit, IE brakes, tires, etc.

This is a new lease for us that involved returning our previous lease to a different dealer. Mike our salesman took us through the whole process and even went with us to return the old vehicle. Above and beyond for sure. The financing and the completed transaction was a breeze. mike went over every detail and feature of our new XT5. We sure hope Mike is available to us at the end of our lease to guide us through all the new features in our next Cadillac!
