great service ,speedy always on time and love my car washed

my car was flat bedded in to H .C .. TIRE. And still repaired in a short time ,and washed too. ... A.J ' called when done..

Pre-owned vehicle purchase

Tim Oliveira was an exceptional salesman

My overall experience with this dealership was outstanding . I dealt primarily with Tim Oliveira and his manager Kenny turchetta. It was somewhat of a complex transaction as I had a title issue with my trade. They worked tirelessly to get this transaction completed and were friendly courteous and consummate professionals. I also worked closely with Jackie Sasso at the end of the transaction as I desired my business to be the Lessee. Jackie was amazing as well and also worked tirelessly to complete the transaction . All in all I highly recommend this dealership .

Total incompetence...swindlers!

Absolute SWINDLERS!!!! ***Steer clear!!!! We went to look at a car here, when they 1st opened the car, it smelled like mildew. This caused me to check the carpet, which was damp on driver's side. The passenger's side was FLOODED! They tried to tell us that someone left a window open and it was a quick fix. (they lowered the price by $500 to appease me) The Gen MNGR, Neil, was condescending and implied that I was over reacting to the flooded vehicle. Assured us that the car would be prof cleaned (carpets lifted & everything would be dried out) and the prob would be fixed. We went back a wk later to pick it up...it still had water! Come to find out...the window wasn't left open...the sunroof was leaking!! (they had wet vac'd the car...that's it! The water came back up thru the carpet) They offered to have carpet replaced...I didn't trust them at this point, because they had already assured us that they had things under control. We found the same car at Herb Chambers Of Danvers...we asked Anthony (our 'trusty salesman') , of Herb Chambers of Warwick if he could get us that car instead. Anthony told us that the car already had a deposit on it....NOT!! We went to Herb Chambers Of DANVERS and bought the car....hassle free! Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick is riddled with swindlers. I left that place feeling nauseous and would suggest others to steer clear!!

Awesome experience!
