This is my 2nd caddy srx I got from herb Chambers Cadillac in Warwick and both experiences went very well everyone went above and beyond to help get me the right vehicle. I was undecided especially the latest one I got because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to start all over with my payment so I went and test drove the srx and of coarse I loved it but wasn’t sure if I wanted to start payment so I decided to leave that day and unlike other dealerships they didn’t chase me out the door and kidnap my keys lol. My point is they treated me great every step of the way. And now I will enjoy my beautiful Cadillac 🤗

I always have a good experience at the Service Dept. - they are attentive and professional, especially AJ Pulvie. AJ always informs the customer of the status of vehicle and how best to service the car.

Issue with driver seat that was repaired that same day
Service took the time to understand and identity the seat issue and compare it to a similar vehicle then repair it without having to return for the repair

Great experience
When I had my car serviced the service team was prompt --I didn't have to wait. The lounge was nice, clean and comfortable..Mike the service manager was friendly and accomadating. They even washed and vacuumed my car!
