OIL CHANGE, TIRE FIX & TIRE ROTATION

When they were servicing my automobile, they also found a transmission leak and promptly fixed it also. They were very helpful and courteous and took care of service within a reasonable time.

No complaints

Very pleased with my recent experience. Nice lounge area, but not as nice as Lexus. Very good coffee and snacks. Keep up the great work.

Great experience

Exceptional Service

Crooks

I have purchased a used cad recently in February for $22000 I drove it for 3000 miles I start hear noise from under . I took it to a local mechanic he couldn’t figure out the issues then I took it to another professional in European cars he lifted the car heard the noise from m the transmission and he found the problem told me this some one tried to fix there was a new gasket and fresh selicone . Was a temporary fix to sell the car has only 30 days warranty . Now to fix this car I have to come with $6000 . I called Herb chambers caddilac and I spoke to the sales manager Jeff he put in hold for 10 minutes then he told me he will call back in 10 minutes to let me know what to do . Since then he doesn’t answer my calls . Today I called him he so my number he hanged up on me . They new there was a problem with transmission sold it quickly because in 30 days the warranty will expire.

Stellar Deal

Hands down the best dealership I've dealt with. Extremely professional and respectful. Focused on what was best for me instead of trying to up-sell and offer something that exceeded my interests/expenses. End result: I was looking for a used SUV (2016 or 2017). Sales/Management kindly sat down with me and priced out the option of buying used vs. leasing new & explained the pros vs. cons. Thanks to all who were involved, I walked out of the dealership confident in the choice I had made -- leasing a 2018 Cadillac.

Service Dept went beyond I went for a oil change. I had hit a pothole awhile back and kinda firgot about ut The service dept called the tire company and took care of everything I had purchased the coverage when I purchases the car Very satisfied and feel I was treated as a appreciated customer

Repair help

My 2014 XTS needed costly repairs just past warranty coverage and AJ worked with Cadillac to have them covder some of the costs which was appreciated.
