Very good experience!
I purchased used CTS at a very fair, competitive price. Everyone I interacted with, Roberto, Jeff, Jackie, and especially Harold who walked me through the paperwork, orientated me to the workings of the car, and who put the plates on my new car, all were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure. Everyone was patience and responsive to my many questions. I would recommend Herb Chambers Warwick to anyone.

Everything was a pleasureable experience.

Top Notch Dealership
A few months ago I was in the market for a new vehicle and so I was shopping around. I recall the feeling of anxiety, frustration and apprehension as I walked into many of the show rooms. You ask why? Well, for one all I had experienced was the same old sales pitches and hoarding as I walked in. An immediate turn off to myself as a potential customer, I asked myself if I really wanted to deal long term with these dealerships. The answer was no until I came across Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick, Rhode Island. As a buyer you have to keep in mind that you don’t want to just go for a “one night stand”, but you want to purchase from a dealership that values a long term relationship. This is exactly how I felt when I walked into Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick, RI. I wasn't surrounded by car salesman, I wasn’t followed and I was in the showroom looking, but felt if I had a question help was right there waiting. The vehicle salesman was young, dressed professionally, knowledgeable on every nut, bolt and vehicle system and was passionate about automobiles especially the one I was interested in purchasing. I was sure this was the place I wanted to buy. I met with the Sales Manager who educated me on the sales and trade in process and offered me additional information on Onstar services. We then met with the loan specialist and all said and done I was out of there in an hour. Herb Chambers from the first day you step into the showroom are focused on customer needs, by providing excellent service and convenience for vehicle servicing. Subsequent visits to the car dealership have reinforced my decision to buy from there time and time again. I don’t feel like “just a customer” I feel like I am part of the “family.” It was time to go for my vehicles routine oil change, but I needed to go to work and couldn’t be without a vehicle. I called the dealership, they said, “Come right in and we will provide you with a vehicle.” It isn’t every day that I decide to write a good review about a car dealership. In fact, I have a lot of work to do. However, when I see something positive and done right, I feel recognition is necessary. From Sales to Service Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick is a 10/10 in quality, customer service and expertise. Employees appear happy, passionate about Cadillac and this reflects in my purchase and service experience. When I buy a car I want to know that they will be there for me after the sale. Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick values relationships and not one night stands. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for competitive pricing with exceptional customer service. Best Salesman
George Belovitch made the purchase of my new Escalade fun. I dread buying vehicles but his larger than life personality made the whole process enjoyable. He knew everything about the escalade and took the time to show me all the features. He even delivered the vehicle to me on his day off. I have never experienced a salesman like George. Shopping for Used, Leaving with NEW!!
I recently needed a car and found myself looking at pre-owned vehicles at Herb Chambers Cadillac Warwick. Sales Manager Steven Mello worked with me to find a suitable pre-owned vehicle. After comparing the ride, cost, age and value of some very nice pre-owned vehicles, Mr. Mello began to discuss the possibility of owning a new vehicle. Within a short amount of time he was able to make a great case for purchasing a new ATS4. It just made more sense.
