Jane Graham-Seaton — 5 star I am posting about my experience at purchasing a car from Lexus of Fife, WA. I can't say enough about how great my experience was. I was greeted with genuine kindness, not phony smiles and then walk away after I asked for the person I was coming to see. I came to meet with Ron Stephens, the Internet Consultant. He came out a greeted me, offered coffee and I went right into his office. He presented me with all the paperwork I needed to see for the vehicle I wanted to purchase, which by the way was a year old Toyota, not a Lexus. They presented the Kelley Blue Book price, Car Fax history of the car. Right a way I felt at ease, because It's usually like getting a root canal to go purchase a car. There was none of this having to go to the Manager over and over, everything was STRAIGHT FORWARD AND HONEST. I then was helped by Kevin Lee, he was a joy to work with, took me for a test drive, explained everything well, very professional but warm. Just an overall pleasant Sales Consultant, like Mr. Stephens. I have purchased a vehicle one year old before from another dealer, my husband and I were not treated the way Lexus of Fife treated us. They could not have been more courteous and professional. They treated me like I was buying their best Lexus and I was buying a year old, (very wonderful, immaculate) Corolla S Premier. I have never felt like I have had a good enough experience purchasing a vehicle to write a review. But, I had to, I would highly recommend Lexus of Fife to anyone! I'm very pleased about my experience buying a Luxury vehicle at Lexus of Tacoma. Not only did I have a great Sale Consultant by the name of Kevin Lee. The open atmosphere of the area which brings in a lot of nature light was pleasant and professional looking. The whole car buying process was so very efficient. A week after buying my Lexus ES350, i still can not believe it happen that smoothly. I give Lexus of Tacoma and Kevin Lee, 5 Stars. Lexus of Tacoma at Fife provides the very best customer experience when buying a new car. Friendly, all the information you need or could want, great test drives and closing the sale is easy and simple. I couldn't ask for more. Happy I Waited
I had read about Lexus coming out with the NX and called Steve Armstrong, who had sold us a previous car. It wasn't out yet, but months later when it was available for a test drive Steve called. It was exactly what I'd been looking for, small, stylish, lots of bells & whistles. He worked to find the color and interior I wanted by a deadline, and I had a December to remember.

Amazing!
Buying a car is always so stressful it's my least favorite thing. I found a car I wanted to look at online and called. The salesman was extremely helpful and polite and I came in the next day to test drive it. The process was very nice. The salesman was knowledgeable and invested in working with me without being pushy or high pressure to sell. Best experience I've had. The finance department was just as nice.

We were exploring options and this dealer had the car we were looking for at the right price...Ron took time to discuss our needs, the car and terms for us. A delay on our end caused 'our' car to sell before we could get the logistics together, but we would not hesitate to contact Ron, and Fife, for future car buying needs.

I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in and received a warm welcoming smile from sales associate Bill Allen. Bill truly understood what I wanted and delivered. He made my entire experience fun! Bill and everyone I dealt with gave me first-rate customer service. Don, the pre-owned sales director, took care of some issues I noticed on my car, as well as some that I hadn't. Sam, the technology specialist, patiently instructed me on details of the operating system of my car. It was a 5 star experience. I highly recommend Lexus of Tacoma at Fife.

Nope. Go elsewere.
Dont bother. I drove over 200 miles (total) after work after speaking to a sales person about a 2 yr old CT. I have my credit union financing already in place & pre approved. Awesome credit. Trading in my 4yr old Toyota, clean title/car, fully serviced from toyota dealership. Their best offer was $4k less then my NADA car value & the CT was sticker priced at $26,900...Well, the final # was $32k!!! And lets not forget the push to Leasing a new car...Never again.

I am a three peat customer at Lexus of Tacoma. I leased my first Lexus ES350 through Bill White about six years ago. Bill was my "go to" guy again two years ago when I traded it in for a GS350. Last week, I decided I wanted to get more practical, so decided to check out the 2014 CT200h. I'm in love with that little car! Bill no longer works for Lexus, so I talked to Will. It turned out that the day I went back to test drive it, he was making a delivery so he introduced us to Mike Specktor, who took good care of us. Not only do I believe that Lexus builds a fine driving machine, but my decision to keep returning to this dealership also has to do with their service department. I've owned a lot of cars so I'm no stranger to service departments. I've had a BMW, an ACURA, HONDA! A Toyota, a Mazda, a Nissan, and a Ford. Lexus of Tacoma has the best service department of any of the dealerships I've dealt with in the past. Also, once I took delivery on my new Hybrid, Stacie spent about an hour with me helping me to set up my electronics and showing me how everything works.
