Lexus of Tacoma at Fife

Yes I would like to say this was a surprise for me I went into lexus of fife wanting a used car but instead walk out with a brand new 2014 IS 250 the person who help me was an Asian guy his name was jae very cool and lay back you don't see that in most salesman make long stories short I got my brand new car and was very happy I'm glad I came to this place the staff were also great thanks guys

I purchased my used car from Lexus of Fife, and because the customer service was so outstanding that I will only deal with Lexus. Leo Pate made buying car look too easy. One phone call and a couple of hours,I was driving off the lot. No pressure,I wasn't rushed. I will highly recommend Lexus of Fife.

I usually love Lexus of Fife. I have bought my last 2 brand new Lexus's at this location. I was looking to get an IS250 gently used, preferably 2012 (the last year of the body style that I liked). I felt that I was the one doing the calling back to the service rep/manager looking for updates on car etc. I flat out asked if they, these 2 salesmen, could look up getting an IS from another dealership, and STILL haven't heard back from either of them. Unfortunately, I did have to break the streak and bought my dream car from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers instead. The customer service was phenomenal there ,and I will do business with them again. I will take my car to LOF for service, because their service department can't be beat. But the service has taken a dive in my opinion.

The sales staff contacted me immediately through phone and e-mail. Communication was done in a professional manners with no push for sales.

I recently purchased my new 2013 Lexus GS 350 from Lexus of Tacoma. I am very pleased with my experience and special thanks to Steve Armstrong. He is the best salesman I’ve ever encountered in my life. Zero pushing and zero sale pitch. I felt so comfortable and will be buying from this dealer again for sure. I already purchased my RX 5 years ago from this dealer and so pleased with service and overall my friendship with this dealer. Steve Armstrong is the rock. Big A+!!! ?

There are people at this dealership who are very friendly and courteous. But my experience there was totally ruined by a person there played hardball with me at the signing table. He was very arrogant and rude. After the purchase, an employee told me I can come in anytime for the 1st service, without need to make an appointment. I drove 70 miles to get there on a Sunday, and then learned their service shop was closed on Sundays. I was totally disgusted by this dealership.

Purchased a 2008 Lexus RX350 in December 2012-great customer service. They went the extra mile and we are very pleased with our decision to partner with Lexus of Tacoma at Fife.

I bought a car from these people and it was a local one owner pre-owned car. I had the car for about a month and it started to act up. First the car started shaking than when at a stop light than would randomly shut down! I took it back to them and they can't find any issues with the car. I would never buy a car from these people again and will never recommend it to anybody. I spent all this money on a fairly new car and it drives like CRAP!

We found a car on cars.com and were contacted by Leo Pate. He took excellent care of us. He was very fair with the price, and we did not have to go through the back and forth games. I would recommend Lexus of Tacoma and escpecially Leo to anyone.

Great salesperson and terrific buying experience. We searched for a vehicle and knew we would need to drive out of our area. The car we purchased exceeded our expectations. Would buy from this dealer again.
