Ron Stephens is a ROCKSTAR
I have been looking for an IS350 (certified pre-owned) and they are just very scarce. Lexus of Tacoma had a couple of them a 2011 and a 2014 Fsport. I had contacted Ron (internet sales) and set up a test drive/purchase and went to the dealership. The other team members had "buried" these cars in the lot because of an event they were having and we could only really drive the 2011. But after looking and sitting in the '14 I really wanted to drive it too. Ron was able to marshall the team and dig out the 2014 for me to drive! After driving the '11 I knew after the first 1/4 mile I was going to get the '14 F model. After that it was a painless purchase all because of Ron's ability to get me a drive in the F but also his straightforward selling approach. Got a great deal too.

Great Customer Service
We recently purchased a 2015 RX 350. What a vehicle, very impressed in the quality and craftsmanship. From the time we walked onto the lot and time we drove off with our new vehicle we were treated with great customer service ( very professional and knowledgeable) and overall great experience. Who knows may be there might be another Lexus in our future.

Third new car purchase
We have purchased three RX vehicles from Tacoma of Fife over the last 14 years, our most recent in August, 2014. All three experiences have been professional and fair. Our sales people have been knowledgeable and thorough, as were the finance specialists. With the increase in technology in vehicles, they now have technology specialists to work with you personalizing and setting up the many options available. All three dealer employees make sure you know they want to meet your needs and they want your purchasing experience to be positive and memorable. I should also mention that their service department has been very helpful with service reminders, loaner cars, and thorough explanations of regular service work. We will be returning to Tacoma of Fife for our next vehicle purchase.

Great customer experience.
Customer experience is enormous for me. The customer treatment at this dealer is outstanding. I've done a lot of shopping around at different dealerships. Lexus of Seattle salesperson was a total rude dick, Infiniti in Fife sales manager tried to corner me, Mercedes of Tacoma was nothing special, but Lexus of Tacoma treated me the best. I felt valued and respected, and that is the main reason I felt this dealership deserved my business. I purchased a 2014 GS350, Ron O. was my salesperson, and I am a happy customer.

Horrible customer service at Lexus of Tacoma in Fife
WELL, WELL, WELL LEXUS OF TACOMA. SINCE THE AD GOT FLAGGED ON CRAIGSLIST, WHY DONT YOU ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HIDING BEHIND YOUR DESK, IGNORING PHONE CALLS, TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP AND ATTEMPTING TO HIDE THE TRUTH. THERE'S NOT A SINGLE THING ON THIS AD THAT ISNT 100% TRUE AND FACTUAL. I'VE REPORTED YOU TO THE CORPORATE LEXUS COMPANY AND THEY'VE FLAGGED YOUR FILE. IN FACT I WAS TOLD YOU WOULD CONTACT ME - HOWEVER, NOT A SINGLE CALL OR EMAIL YET. IN FACT WHY DONT YOU TAKE A LOOK AT YELP AND OTHER SITES WHERE PEOPLE CAN POST FACTUAL REVIEWS WITHOUT FEAR OF GETTING THEM REMOVED. Heres the story, decide for yourselves - This has been the worst experience in my car buying history at Lexus of Fife and I've purchased over 25 cars. I made the mistake of making a second purchase here after getting treated poorly when I purchased the first car, and went back shopping last summer. Shame on me for giving them a third chance. Sales people tell you what you want to hear to get you into the showroom and then the old bait and switch happens. I called to find out if a car that was listed on their site was still for sale, and if it qualified for the BECU sale. I was told yes it did, so I headed down from Bothell on a Thursday night which was nearly a two hour drive. Only to find out it did not qualify because the car was no longer a CPO. Even after that, I was still mildly interested though a bit perturbed. I go thru the whole ordeal where they low ball you on the car your trading in and give you a stupid made up page on how much they paid for the car (a caveman can operate MS word for those interested) and listed off a bunch of inflated retail prices about how the car had maintenance and was detailed... But wait, it gets better after we work out pricing details I tell them that I want to use BECU. No problem says the sales woman and used car manager. Here are their rates, what loan term would you like. I tell them, how long and off to the paperwork races. Now, just several minutes later I was asked several times which rate and which lender. (I should have heard voices in my head that said "run forest, run) I politely reiterated which bank and what rate. I was asked a final time, would I consider Toyota Motor Credit for the loan if they could get me the same rate. I STATED "NO" and then we head off to the final disclosures where they try to get you to finance a bunch of ridiculous overpriced options of window tint, GAP coverage, theft recovery glass etching, wheel and tire repair, dent repair.... the list goes on and on. So here is the proverbial straw that breaks the camel's back - all of the final paperwork says Toyota Motor Credit on it. Just in case your wondering - why yes the dealers do in fact get kickbacks from TMC. A few days go by and I get a message from the receptionist at my office saying that the sales women called and wanted to know how I liked my new car. Bear in mind that I had not told anyone I work with about the car, nor did I have any intention to in the short term. I did not give my work phone number for personal calls, I gave my number for a work reference for the LENDING INSTITUION ONLY for employment verification. This highly upset the employer and employees that I would keep something like this from them so that they could belittle me over it. Thanks so much for doing that for me Fife Lexus. I happily filled out the online survey where it asked about my satisfaction. I gave poor reviews and said I would never recommend them for a car sale. I got a voicemail from one of the used car sales managers wanting to know what he could do. Needless to say he avoided my return calls for several days and when we did finally speak, it went in one ear and out the other. This guy didn't care about anything, in fact he was talking with someone else while on the phone with me. Don't believe me ? This is how memorable my conversation was to him - he called two weeks later and asked how I was doing and what he could do for me. I told him we already spoke. . . AND HE DIDN'T EVEN REMEMBER ME ! Now that I've had the car a few weeks and the temp plates are about to expire, I get a phone call that they're available at the dealership. We'll apparently they have a policy not to mail license plates because several were stolen and they are worried about getting a tarnished reputation - they won't even send the plates registered Mail after asking many people - So no thanks, I'm not wasting 2hrs to drive each direction plus the fuel expense. I ended up paying to have re-issued up here, and I'll make sure to do whatever I can to let people know how my transaction was handled so other people can make up their own mind if they want to be treated like this. Fife LEXUS - the friend that was with me -- Purchased his brand new CT200h from lexus of seattle and has had an amazing experience, they've heard about you guys before. Hope you sleep well at night knowing your reputation precedes you.

Lexus of Tacoma is great.
You can depend on LEXUS OF Tacoma's online sales rep, Leo Pate. From start to finish, Leo made my purchase process smooth and easy; including driving the car 40 miles to hand deliver it to my home! This is the start of new auto manufacturer relationship for me, and it couldn't have been more auspicious. You can trust and deal fairly with this Lexus team.

Avoid the Service Department
The primary goal of the service department is to separate you from your money -- not solve problems. I was out of town and my son's iphone cable got stuck in the USB port of my wife's brand new (purchased at Lexus of Seattle -- another story) CT200h. The service department told her that she broke it by putting the cable in backwards. She told the service tech that it wasn't possible -- especially since the cable worked - i.e. played music from the iphone through the car stereo. The service tech wouldn't listen and told her that it would cost $275 to repair. She left. My 17-year-old son checked Google and not only found a Lexus forum where other owners had documented the same problem, but discovered how one member had fixed the problem using a collar-stay from a dress shirt. It took him 5 minutes from searching on Google to successfully removing the USB cable. I should pay him! This isn't my first really bad experience with the Lexus of Tacoma service department. If you have lots of money to waste, go to Lexus of Tacoma; otherwise, go to Lexus of Seattle. It's worth the drive.

I went to the dealership hoping to purchase the ct200h, but was concerned about my credit. Apparently it wsa good enough to purchase the car and the sales staff was excellent in helping me do that. Johnathan was vey helpful in picking the color for the new car and I love it. I would definitely recommend this dearlership to friends and family members.

Awesome service
I purchased my car from Leo, and all I can say is that he is a true asset to the dealership. He gave me a great price without all of the typical car sales back and forth. Well worth the drive to Fife!
